Beautiful interior and super-friendly employees. Excellent breakfast! Beautiful lobby area.

We booked one of the highest rate room on the ground floor, adjacent to the pool with a small area to sit outside. What was not mentioned was the pool bar, which plays loud music every evening till 1 pm! With teh doors closed and the aircon on, there was too much noise to sleep. Fortunately, they let us move to another (lower rate) room which was available. However, the rate difference was not compensated. We would never have booked the pool room if we had known about the bar.

It’s right in the center of the city and easily accessible to other places. Close to the delicious restaurants, brunch spots, beach, Souk and malls. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a small gym, which we loved! We will definitely be back.

The rooms are on the standard size, but you’re visiting the country to enjoy the destination so all good with us!

Hotel have a very nice vibe. Very clean, pool is nice, and variety of restaurants to choose from. Staff is excellent. 👌🏼 Very friendly. 100% coming back.

3 things I didn’t like are AC, bed comfort and fire doors close to out room. AC is very loud and blowing in your face while sleeping. Bed is not very comfortable, could be better. My room happened to be on the second floor just by fire exit doors. If you want to nap in the afternoon, forget about it, they slamming them all afternoon.

Everything. Excellent hotel. Great staff and location. Rooms were fabulous. Great aircon. Staff very helpful and friendly.

These are minor however useful for the hotel to be aware of. Swimming pool tiles were missing which makes it look uncared for. Difficult to get a drink by the pool, had to go back to reception for tea, coffee, water etc. We felt the brunch was over priced.

it’s cozy hotel with a very comfy interior design and colors . the staff all of them so friendly and easy going and quick response to your questions and requirements. special thanks to the receptionist i guess his name foki moki or roki /cant remember sorry 🥲but he gave me late check out 🥹🙏🏼everything is perfect here like home 🫶🏼

there is no smoking rooms .

had a warm and friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, great pool and plenty of sun-beds. Kept hydrated by staff with free bottled water throughout the day. Little extras like coffee in the foyer and chocolate treats delivered to your room as part of a turn down service were a nice touch.

Small issues in our room like a broken socket, broken kettle (rectified) and no mirror at the dressing table, the two large mirrors that were there were no doubt positioned to make the room appear bigger but each had an oversized lamp in front of them defeating the object. We felt the room was quite small however felt we got what we paid for.

I loved The hotel vibe, design and decorations its unique. Kind staff.

Maybe the lack of food variety specifically for the breakfast since it’s mandatory to get the breakfast with our booking. Lack of staff in the pool. Due to few room so the staff so focused on the hotel residents which leads to uncomfortable for us its hard to explain i hope u get what i mean. But overall its fine

It’s a cute boutique hotel, limited number of rooms. Walking distance to central parts of Bahrain.

You could hear the loud music by the pool at night. But to be fair the team told me that before I checked in because I had requested pool view. So if you want to avoid it just take the street view rooms

Excellent service, starting from Asfa& Paul at Reception, Faisal in the Restaurant and the housekeeping staff Everyone was super nice and helpful . As my flight was delayed, and I missed the airport shuttle, they requested me to take a taxi which was paid for at reception. The room was spacious and very clean. The mini bar was very well stocked. Bathrobes, slippers, very good quality soaps and shower gels provided. Breakfast on the weekday is a mini buffet+you can choose one item from the a la carte menu (maybe that's depending on the number of guests staying) which is more than sufficient and a full buffet on the weekend. Good restaurants with live music although maybe difficult to get a table on the weekend ☺️. Should be rated as a 5 star hotel! We were also provided with macaroons and dates on day one and chocolates and dates on day 2!

Nothing to complain about ..just maybe a flymesh for the windows so it's easier to keep them open.

This isn’t our first time booking in the palmyard hotel it’s our favorite place for a staycation, what made us love the place even more is the staff they’re all extremely friendly and helpful we never had any issues with anything, the receptionist ashba is very sweet and we appreciate her help and always making our stay extra special🙏💕
