Great location and facilities. We opted for the King suite with terrace and private pool - was very private with great ocean views and had most of what we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and the valet parking was a bonus. We loved the Mezcal tasting offered by the F&B manager. Would stay again in the suite but not sure about the cheaper rooms as they looked to be small and lacking in privacy.

A little disappointed by the single use coffee cups in the room as there was no need given there were already mugs, and glassware. The kitchen is not ideal for cooking much but the restaurant breakfast was reasonably priced

The food quality was excellent though the service may have been a little slow at times.

Elevators are needed!!!!! The lighting was too dim. Should have a night light near the step down stairs to the living room. I tripped on them several times in the dark.

we loved this place! our 2 bdr suite was incredibly spacious and beautiful views. we had everything we needed. all of us enjoyed the food, especially breakfast. excellent service at the restaurant. not much service at the pool or beach, but we figured it out. beach area is awesome! can’t wait to return.

the pillows need a major upgrade and we couldn’t open the window blinds so it was always dark in the room. other than that everything was perfect!

Food was poor at the hotel. Even coffee was not great. Can be improved for sure. Breakfast was not great and was not included in pricy room cost which is disappointing.

The hotel is amazing, our room was fantastic with a big terrace, jacuzzi and hamaca .

All was great , except the waiters at the swimming pool, not friendly, make you feel uncomfortable and service slow .

The location is great, walk to downtown, playa las Gatos. The beach is one of the best in the area, hotel has a private area on the beach. Staff is super friendly. Happy hour in the pool bar 3-4.30! The hotel consists of a few buildings so better double check with them if you want to have next to the pool/ beach front/ next to restaurant.. Ocean view one bedroom has full kitchen. Transfer from the airport cost us 640 pesos(ordered though the hotel), taxi to the airport 400. Like everything!

Nothing. If traveling with little kids - there are a lot of stairs. Would be nice if water in the room was included in the room price, it’s just 20 pesos!

Great location and really nice facilities. This hotel is part of a Canadian Hotel's club and the local stuff keeps this running like a Swiss clock. We went for one of the cheapest rooms, which was already pretty big and comfy but at the end we did an upgrade in order to get a better view from the terrace.

When everything is spot-on one starts focusing on minor things. The only thing I could be minimally improved is food. I believe that the current level is very good for tourist's standards but if one is used to real Mexican cuisine, it could get even better. Luckily there are many offers around, either going to the village or even by walking along the beach and trying some of the smaller restaurants down there.

Maintenance is not keeping up to. Every time I visit I point out termite tubes on the walls but nobody seems to care. It’s a serious issue, but just goes ignored

I can't even begin to list all the things I loved about this resort. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our giant balcony and our rooms were extremely comfortable. I would 100% staying here if you want to brings friends, family, or your partner! There is something for everybody here!

The building next to the resort was in the middle of construction, but it was easy to ignore the jack hammer after a few drinks!

The location of the hotel was very good. Rooms were quite ample and clean. The staff was the best; they were all very attentive and helpful.

My expectations of the rooms for the price I paid were definitely higher than what I got. The rooms were a bit dated and dark. There was also a lot of construction noise around.
