The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were so good and room and toilet were exceptional. We found them there for us to park the car.. Loved them how helpful they were. We also love the location in the middle of the city and near by all the restaurants and shops and supermarkets.

Some mosquitos were found and most properly because we opened the windows at the first beginning then we closed them and used AC and killed all the insects ourself.

The very friendly and helpfull staff. We even received a plate full of delicious watermelon and biscuits to welcome us. They drop us of at the bus station on our last day. Everythin we need for our stay.

The people who work there were super helpful specially Jittin Maqbool at the breakfast place he was super helpful and nice , friendly with kids . And Having un Arabic speakers at the front desk was so helpful and she was nice and kind

small elevator suitable for like two people - that's a nightmare, but not super critical. Crucial for me was non-English speaking specialist at the front desk. Only Turkish hospitality (stranger translator) led the situation into positive resolution. For some reason the hotel attempted to collect payment in cash (despite it's been withdrawn from my card to that moment)... Lucky me to be able to show the transaction screenshot from my bank application.

When I arrived to the hotel, the reception, welcomed really friendly and explain me all the information that I need for my stay. Also, informed that in the lobby there is access to cay and coffee all the time, which is really nice. I received a room at the first floor and I was surprised that the room was so big. It was a room for 4 persons. The room was nice, with comfort beds. The showers were clean and full staffed. But, I think that the biggest plus of my stay was the breakfast buffet. Really nice selection of cold and hot food. Also, I have to say all the kindest words to the kitchen lady. She told me that soon they will have Menemen, which I didn't understand, but once she brought it, she specially prepared for me a dish.

Wifi was not working well

The hotel situated in the city centre.. Rooms was vast and very clean.. Bed were completely comfortable. Mostly I liked very much was very attentive staff, always smiling and suggesting help

Very good for value. Location is excellent and close to every thing like Taxi station and resturant and Maidan center. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room size is small Breakfast is acceptable with a lot of variety but Turkish traditional types which we are not familiar with. Kids did not like.

All the staff are so kind and cooperative specially Mrs Gunu the receptionist .. nice room design / cozy bed / fast Wifi and big bathroom .. i recommend it 👍🏻

There was a new construction just in front of the hotel was a bit noisy .. Hard to find a parking but the staff will manage it for you ..
