We were greeted nicely when we arrived at the reception and the staff was very nice during the whole stay. Our room was cosy and clean. The bed and bedlinen were very good and we slept well the whole night. We were satisfied with our breakfast, which consisted of two parts a more normal bread, croissant, fruit, coffee and fruit juices. as well a a choice from 5 different additional parts. We chose cold-smoked salmon and scrambled egg on a toast.

The TV in the room was small, but it worked well

All the hotel staff I had contact with (restaurant, reception and houseman) were not only friendly and pleasant, they also did more than they were supposed to do. For example, they explained to me how to charge my electric car. Since the sauna was fully booked, I was upgraded to a room with a small private sauna in the bathroom, when I was leaving the house janitor ran into me and had a very pleasant small talk with me, he even spoke German, that was a very pleasant conversation. The hotel is located in an idyllic area, a small lake is in front of the door, a pretty garden pavilion is on the premises. The bar was very cozy, the breakfast was especially nicely decorated and I could additionally choose one of five hot dishes (I took pancakes with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and a delicious sauce), that was just delicious. There I would like to go again with pleasure.

This is a very special manor-type hotel in the Finnish countryside with a relaxed atmosphere. We arrived by boat and moored at their jetty, lots of room there. The 3-course set dinner was excellent, and so was the breakfast served at the table - a welcomed break from the standard hotel buffets in Finland.

The property is truly charming and authentic. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering a wealth of information about the areaMake sure you have left some free space in your suitcase! The on-site decoration shop is a "must-visit."

Not any sitting space in room but luckily purpose was only sleep there night over.

Bathroom is too small with too little space for storage to be comfortable. I´m 1.92 m and I had to bend while showering.

The location is beautiful and also convenient to travellers who drive.

The breakfast was a bit of a problem, as I'm allergic to many ingredients. But I did get a breakfast :)

Atmospheric hotel in the old mansion milieu. Surrounded by beautiful nature and only 20 min drive from Voipaala Art Centre. Special recommendation on the pizzas, artesanal icecream and the breakfast menu. Delicious!

Wonderful place in the countryside. Really nice staff, excellent food (dinner and breakfast), cozy room and good beds.
