The area was super nice, and it was convenient stay for us the beach wasn’t too far away!!

That there was always a bunch of (men) standing in the lobby watching you come in and out morning, lunch, and evening/night. And they weren’t even checking in just sitting and watching like 6-7 men standing or sitting watch my family and I come and go. It was uncomfortable but other than that it was great and we slept good!!

The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. Amelia, who refreshed our room daily, did a fantastic job and was so friendly.

I feel like my room could have used a dehumidifier. Overall, there really wasn't anything that I did not like. We enjoyed our time here.

Very clean and convenient to the ocean very nice if ur gonna have an extended heb is close by and so are other amenities

Drive way to enter property is not marked or lit up and there was a police officer blocking the entrance so it was hard to see

ive never stayed in a room before that has lots of cabinet space with a kitchen , stove, micro wave, full side fridge with freezer, big screen tx, beds were soft ,very large bathroom parking lot very well lit up

was suprised on how they only gave 2 bars of soap to last 2 nights and from going to the beach back and forth they didnt last long so bring extra soap when you come to stay here entrance at night could be marked better then the use of a blue reflectorized pole

The staff was friendly always smiling and so polite we felt like family

The entrance to the establishment is dark to turn into the street perhaps a light post into the street would be a good idea

Not being notified of policy, change about dishes, not being in the room. I do believe the air conditioner in the room we were in could use some service didn’t cool properly.

I was pleased with how nice the outside of the hotel looked. The overnight receptionist was friendly and professional. She was helpful also. I was extremely surprised how nice the rooms were kept.

I didn't like the fact I didn't have shampoo in my bathroom. We could also hear dogs barking throughout the night.

When my husband requested dishes and pots (at the time of check in) he was only given 2 plates and 2 bowls... there was 5 of total...

The suites were comfortable and the rooms were inside of building which made me feel safe

No hot breakfast, just small coffee

2nd time here, they keep the rooms pretty clean. close to relatives and to the beach. enjoyed the stay again.

if anything, there seemed to be quite a few imigrants that may be staying there and they took over the bbq area all night.
