Friendly and accomodating staff. Nice location in a centrally located, bustling spot (in the weekends at least). Facinating architecture yet with a modern touch and very comfortable rooms.
The two plots surrounding the hotel on each side are totally barren and filled with old building materials and gravel/rocks- instead of being cleaned up and "greenified" to allow guests to enjoy a nice view from the large windows and/or balconies each room has.

The (Lebanese) breakfast was excellent. A lot of choice and all fresh. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very helpful and responded to all of our questions in a fast way. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Good choice of drinks and food at a good price for 'inbetween'. Easy and safe to park in front of the hotel.
We really had get to used to the fact that smoking (cigarette and waterpipe) is allowed in the restaurant. In the Netherlands this is not the case. Not easy to find a smokefree place in the evening when it's very busy.

The location is super; in the center of the town, restaurants & shopping. 10 minutes away from the famous AlBerdawny area. The staff were very helpful, especially Marita she did her best to make our 3-day stay comfortable.
If you really don’t enjoy Zaatar/Cheese Pastries (Man2ousha in Lebanon ), I advise to take your breakfast from anywhere but the hotel. Although the reservation included breakfast yet it was extremely poor.

the hotel is in a good position. the staff is very kind and welcoming, great breakfast and very clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice bathroom with good hot running water. it was a pleasure staying there.
