view is good but have construction project going on, if you prefer a quite room it not a ideal choice for you

The location and the view

The room was not cleaned. The price is high so we expected more, it is not acceptable

The hotel location is just perfect at central Bostanci. In 5 minutes walk, you can reach the ferry if you want to go Islands or fast train station or Subway stop to go Sabiha Gökcen Airport. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! Thank you for each of them. They helped us to keep our luggage and belongings when we were on the Prince Island for almost 2 days. Additionaly, they offered us a suit room with jacuzzi after they learned it is our wedding time as well as I have the allergic asthma against the room deo. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

The staff is very friendly and helped us by changing our room with bigger one that is available. We didn’t even asked but they did that favor for us. The location is so close to the attractions. Although the location is so centric, the parking area had available room when we arrive hotel every time. The hotel has a fantastic view of Istanbul’s sea and islands. Lastly the room was very clean when we first arrive and this happened ever time we arrive which made us happy after a tiring day.

Big apartment with sea view and hot tub. 24/7 service with quick reply for all requests. When contacted by watts up before stay- quick answer. Hotel collect ordered cake and store until we arrive to the hotel. When asked for food delivery- hotel ordered delicious food to the room doors. All staff was really welcoming and always happy to help. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. One standout service was the daily provision of ice, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was brought to the room, after you order it. It takes some time, so be prepared for this. Quality of breakfast is very good. The jacuzzi is so relaxing and the location in Bostanci is fantastic. The room I had, had a jacuzzi and fantastic view on the Islands. Very spacious and good quality bed. The room was cleaned every day and I liked the hygiene standard.

The only thing I would say is of lesser quality is the size of the bathroom.

I had no difficulty in getting to Lacielo Suites hotel in Bostancı, Istanbul, where I came for business, from the airport and its central location. I realized that I was at the right address for my 1-week stay, which started with a warm welcome from the moment of arrival. I would also like to thank you for the comfortable and extremely high quality rooms. The product quality and the understanding of cleanliness in the rooms are excellent. I will come again for both vacation and business.

Me and my wife stayed for 2 days and we left the hotel very satisfied. Cleanliness was very important to me. It was really clean, in a location where you can meet your eating, drinking and other needs. If I go there again, I will definitely stay there. Thank you to the friendly staff and people involved.
