The whole building is very clean and tidy. The cleaners are amazing - never experienced that much attention to detail and little finishing touches in my room each day. The reception were extremely helpful and polite. I was nervous being my first time in Paris and speak very little French but had no problems with the staff. The room itself was nice and modern. TV had AirPlay and streaming facilities so was able to stream my programmes via phone at night time. Location is quiet with some nice and affordable restaurants/ patisseries! The area is more “local” than touristy so has a more authentic feel and no tourist prices!

My only con would be the size of the bathroom, I can live with a smaller room as we spend so little time in it but have to admit the bathroom wasn’t the biggest and felt a little claustrophobic bit didn’t dampen my stay.

The bed was very cozy. The shower was beautiful. The interior design and art work was fabulous. Great location. Check in was quick to get room. The 24 hour reception was great.

Only one small UHT milk at tea/coffee maker. I bad 24 hours in Paris so was really in a rush. I didn't have time to order more milk. Was truly disappointing to have only one milk. I'd normally use two in my coffee and would want more than one coffee. Not good enough when paying rate to include coffee machine. I think only 2 sachets of coffee too. The minibar was lacking with very minimum options and the one small can of diet coke was overpriced approx 5 euro.

Location was amazing. The hotel is steps to the Metro and Bus lines. Cafes, resturant's and bakery all very close. Front desk staff were very kind and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The rooms are dark, but staff did place us in room with street facing window to maximize as much light as possible. Every night cigarette smoke smell would be evident, even with windows closed. We think it came from people smoking on sidewalk at resturant below us.

Location was PERFECT! you had buses 92 and 93 which led right into central Paris, taking you to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc du Triumph as well as RER overground trains and the trains to and from the airport. It was also next to the tube line 3 I believe which led you directly to Lafayette Galleries and central Paris as well. They allowed us to store our suitcase before and after check-out and the room was very clean, smelled good, had amazing bathroom amenities and overall was very comfortable.

The rooms were rather small but it is a city hotel so we didn't really mind. Maybe not for big families if you plan to stay in one room.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was really nice and in a cosy atmosphere! The place is very close to a Metro station and is situated in a quiet area. Very nice place overall! Thank you!

The size of the room does not allow to open a bigger luggage, but thus is the case for other hotels in Paris. I assume it is also difficult to pass the vacum cleaner. This, however, does not prevent the hotel from standing out as an excellent place!

Despite its small size, the room was comfortable and it was quiet (the window opened onto a rear courtyard). The bed was excellent. In-room coffee/tea service was much appreciated. It was rather muggy outside, and the air conditioning was effective (and not toooo cold.) The cleaning staff was helpful and cooperative. And we loved the location, in a middle-class residential zone with plenty of authentic small cafes and restaurants around. (We are sooo over the tourist scene in European cities......we prized the authenticity here.)

Like all modern hotels in Paris, the room was small. And the dark color walls made it seem a bit somber.

Super clean. Came home everyday to fresh towels and a made bed with our pyjamas folded. Super friendly staff - reception open 24/7. We were also able to store bags. TV was the football on too. Less than 5 mins from the train station and similar distance from the trams. Around nice Cafes and Bakeries. We felt very safe walking around, even at night.

I could see how the room could be small for some people. We were fine with it as siblings but perhaps friends could have an issue.

The room was really lovely and modern and had a great bathroom, and the rest of the hotel was serenely charming and picturesque. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well and the location is great, some delicious restaurants and the arc do triomphe nearby!

The only thing that we were surprised by was that the pictures of the rooms on the website make the rooms look bigger than they actually are...As we were only two people this was ok in he end for us but I can imagine groups of larger people would be annoyed with this!

The staf was very kind and helpful. They clean every morning. It was raining for 2 days from the total of 4 that we stayed and the gave us umbrelas free of charge.

The furniture is a little bit old and maybe the carpet should be changed....in some places. For the breakfast it should be a little more various. Just 2 types of juice and almost empty bottles. Overall it was good.

The room was clean and this was maintained during our stay. We were also upgraded to a superior room. Staff were polite. Great value for money!

The room was small and it was considered a superior room. However the cleanliness and decor made up for this. There was also another door separating the fromt door to the bedroom door which is where we kept suitcases and shoes so this expanded our bedroom space and helped reduce visual clutter.
