The staff was extremely nice! The hotel was easy to get to. Check in and out was a breeze. You could smell how clean everything was when you walked in! We got a room with a small kitchen area. Cannot explain how happy I was to see dishes, pots and pans! Could have used another set of silverware (there was only enough for one person). But I was very excited!

The breakfast needs some love. Same breakfast both mornings we were there. Egg omelet was hard. Some sausage was undercooked.

Nice location. Relatively clean. The lady at the breakfast area was so sweet, explained where everything was and was so helpful. Someone spilled coffee and cleaned it up themselves and she told them to leave it next time and she would get it. Thank you for being so sweet, keeping the breakfast area well stocked & clean and just for being your sweet self. From the indiana family with all the kids🙃 The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Nice place. Would stay again.

There was a blanket and 2 pillows left in the room for the pull out sofa but would have liked a sheet or something to place over the sofa mattress. There was the 1 blanket that was left but we needed more, like one to place on the mattress and one to cover up with.. Luckily we had a few throws in the car for the kids to use to cover up with and we just left the hotel blanket covering the mattress. There was an empty gogurt under the pullout couch when we opened it and a napkin (in room 216). A few pieces of long hair in the clean shower. Would have also liked more towels and washcloths in the room, there were 2 of each supplied. Nice place overall. Just a few little things to improve upon. Thanks again.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. One thing I will say is we booked from Booking.com which said the king size bed rooms had a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, but this is not the case it only has a shower. We asked at the hotel if we could switch to a room with a bathtub and because we booked through Booking.com we could not switch the room. On the website for the hotel it is advertised correctly and at this hotel only rooms with bathtubs are the 2 doubles/queen. We would definitely stay here again just would choose a different room. 😊

We stayed during very cold weather, and although the furnace keep the room warm, it was a draft coming into the room from behind the microwave.

Very clean, easily assessable from the interstate. Near everything yet out of the way from traffic. We felt safe there. We had a 3 night stay. Comfortable, quiet, we were on the third floor. I was overcharged but after contacting the hotel I wS refunded in full. They had charged the $50 security hold twice-once at check in and another $50 charge on my card 2 days later. They did refund both. We will stay again if possible next year. This was a quiet hotel, mostly older people, families, and couples it seemed. Not alot of party type people.

The overcharge of the security hold, however that was rectified very quickly and refunded within a week.

Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very clean.

The tub is up high and can be dangerous to step out of if you have trouble with your balance. There were no grab bars. The tub was very slick too. We had to put a towel down in the bottom of the shower so we didn't slip. The1st night we got back to the hotel there wasn't any parking spots left. We had to park in a second lot further down and was not very convenient, especially late at night.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean & had a small kitchen. This would be great for someone who needs to stay for an extended period of time. Bed was on the firmer end, which we liked.

Breakfast was ok. It consisted basically of pancakes, cereal & oatmeal. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast, this isn't for you but it'll keep you from being hungry.

that they don’t clean all that good, there was gun in our window that someone had chewed and pee on the side of the tub room 211. luckily I had gloves and cleaning supplies so I just cleaned myself. Floor was sticky like they hadn’t moped and the counter in the kitchen was a little dirty. I didn’t complain bc there was no point they appear to be understaffed and I didn’t like the fact that I could hear whoever was above us on floor 3 running allllll night long so the 2nd night I didn’t get much sleep at all

The amenities were good, newer hotel, great location near everything like shops, restaurants, and everything else essential.

Everything was good, however my only complaint was the bed was a little bit too firm for me and I woke up with achy hips because of it.

loud and almost you can hear when someone talking beside of unit. Walls between rooms seem too think. Not much menu for breakfast. If you're just okay with coffee and bagel, this would be a fit. No salad, no scrambles egg, no hot meal.

Breakfast offered a nice variety. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff was very friendly. We asked the maid for additional box of tissues and she handed us a new one from her cart. Room was clean. Couch was very comfy. Will book again.

Our view was the freeway, so we heard just a little noise at night, but really not too much. Sort of need a little table on the side of the couch nearest the wall to put your beverage on.
