Everything was good ❤️❤️❤️ One very small complaint: Upon arrival, I asked if it was possible to accommodate me with two smaller beds instead of one large bed. The person at the reception informed me that the hotel only has rooms with one bed. However, I later noticed that a room next to mine had two beds—the setup I had originally requested. This is not a big issue, but had I been informed correctly, I might have paid the difference to get the two-bed room. Of course, this could have been a misunderstanding on my part.

The hotel is wonderfully located for exploring Alsancak - Izmir's party town, but also within walking distance from the train, tram, and ferry. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is located in an area with excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars.

There are a few things to pay attention to: the room is very small so the air conditioner is practically above the bed, and the area is known for its vibrant nightlife so the music plays long into the night. This was all evident from the description, so there were no surprises for us, but some travellers might find these points significant.

Everything! The staff is lovely. I asked for a quiet room and was told all the rooms face the most restaurant street. But the windows block so much noise I didn’t notice! AC works, comfortable bed, fabulous location. I’d definitely start here again. WiFi was good and nice touch of a light over the desk which was great for video calls. Staff is super helpful. Nice tea in the lobby at all times. Restaurant next door is delicious.

Shower is a little small and awkward to use but great water pressure!

This is the second time that we've stayed here, and it's a perfect base for exploring the city and local sights nearby. Thank you for such a warm welcome! Comfy and compact room, perfect for the price. Great location surrounded by small restaurants, bars and grocery stories. Close to the promenade to stretch your legs and get breakfast with a view of the sea.

The room was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. The staff were very helpful, the location is excellent: right in the heart of Alsancak. Even though it was such a central location, I didn't have any issue with noise.

There wasn't any breakfast, but there are a lot of restaurants around, so it's not an issue at all.

The property is located within a lively area of Izmir. 24 hour desk service, Wifi is excellent, rooms are exceptionally clean, staff respond immediately to every request. The area is safe, friendly and there are an endless number of businesses in the area catering for all tastes. It is interesting to note that many locals from outside this area prefer to visit and spend time here. Taxis are plentiful and affordable connecting visitors to the many sites Izmir has to offer.

Really nice location in terms of being near the seafront, The hotel is located on a side street with multiple bars and restaurants, It can be a bit noisy late at night if it's an issue for you but it didn't bother us, just a fact of the location. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed.

Absolutely the best location! It on the small alley where the cutest cafes and bars are lining up, fewstep away from main shopping street, just a block away from park and beach. And hotel interior is super cute

Nothing, all is perfect! There was a quick shortage of electricity when I arrived, but the staff fixed it right away. Apparently it happen in whole area.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. This property is right in the middle of restaurants, coffee bars, pedestrian areas. JUST BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! Gokmen the Manager went out of his way to help us find an agency that would take us to Ephesus, The House of Virgin Mary and then to the airport because we had a plane to catch. He even walked us to the shuttle van to communicate our needs to the driver. Really wish we had more time to spend in Izmir. Would definitely love to go back and stay at Viva La Vita. Oh! Loved the Frida Mural in the reception area!

The location can’t be beat! As you approach the hotel from the cute little alley way it is located on, there are two tables in front with chairs which was a great place to sip the self serve coffee and tea they have in the lobby. The room was super clean, the bed comfortable, with plenty of hot water, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgraded room in the back with a balcony, which was nice.

Since this is the happening place in town, you can hear party music from the room on some nights. The water seems to be treated, like softened water, which makes it feel like you can’t get all the soap off when you shower, but this was not an issue for us. Just good to be aware.
