I was VERY impressed with the maid service. Okay so the housekeeping not only cleaned up my family room, they FOLDED THE CLOTHES. Yes my little boy had thrown around a grip of clothes. In the bathroom. Being funny. Well the housekeeper picked up after him. See I was in a big hurry. My dog was in severe pain. I had to go to a veterinarian in Renton for him. I had P.A.C.K pay for his appointment. So when my son was being dumb I didn't have time to pick everything up. The housekeeper picked up EVERYTHING he tore up. Plus they put everything together as far as my MAKEUP. We're talking about putting stuff away. Thorough cleaning. The staff at the desk were very helpful. Very polite. Not a phoney type of demeanor. But a genuine care and concern for anything that we needed or wanted. Plus an excellent breakfast. The best coffee I've had in a long time. Yes it's right down from the casino we're talking around the corner from it like maybe 10 minutes away if that if I would have known about this hotel a long time ago this would have been like going to it before it's going out and going gambling and taking the family and dogs and everything. Yes they do allow dogs and no they're not unfair on their pricing I had three dogs with me. Excellent price for the rooms too and yes my dogs are big so anyways like I was saying this is the perfect family stopping place for those that wanted to do things and gamble to have food in the morning.

I have stayed at this establishment twice now and it has been superb each time! The rooms are great and clean. The staff is so kind and accommodating! The price is unbeatable. My kids loved the pool. It was the perfect tempt and a good time. The continental breakfast was delicious. They had lots of options from hot food (sausage, eggs and potatoes) to cereal and all the pastries and bagels. They always have complementary hot coffee and fruit infused ice water. They were quick to bring us a crib and more blankets when we needed them. The manager was so kind and welcoming. He asked us serveral times how everything was and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Basic breakfast. Same foods as most hotels that have breakfast incentive to book there. Hot foods should be hotter.

Safety bars in the shower for disabled would be helpful. I have a disability currently. We arrived one hour before check in. I asked about checking in and was told it would be $50 extra. We had just traveled 2 1/2 hours but waited in our car the hour. The next morning we checked out at 9:30 am , 2 1/2 hours earlier than check out. No I didn't ask for refund😀. I realize that their check-in is three but I would think for earning a better rating they could make an exception. Yes our room was ready. I had chosen this hotel because of the location to a hospital.

The decor/ atmosphere very nice! Nice big hallways and clean, with pretty Christmas deco. Our room was so spacious with a nice big sofa & 2 VERY comfy queens! Beautiful surrounding area- 4th floor looking out at tree tops and mountains. Very nice bathroom with great mirror lighting and separate toilet/shower. Nice shower too! Many shops, coffee, restaurants right there. Super friendly front desk.

The breakfast food could be a little better quality, but ok and nice eating area. LOVED the room but really- like so many hotels these days- wish they would use warm white light bulbs! Do not like that stark fluorescent light in the bulbs - meant to bring my own because it's so common.

Very modern hotel with stylish and spacious rooms. Everything felt new and sleek. Modern beautiful art on the walls- bright lighting, along with mood lighting near the beds. Bathroom had lots of shelves and nooks to set things out of the way. Extra seating ottomans were under the tables and desks - so not to take up more space when not in use. Beds were very comfortable, and they accommodated us with extra pillows when we asked. Lovely large windows with views of the hill sides. And a large TV with great sound. Also loved the 12pm check out!

I loved everything about it. But…..If I had everything my way - I would have loved for breakfast to end at 10am. We were doing some late drives on our trip. And we sleep in to catch up. And that 1 extra hour would have given us the opportunity to enjoy breakfast. Instead we chose sleep.

Huge room with comfy beds and pillows. Our 12yo loved sleeping on the large couch. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great.

I was really bummed there is no hot tub by the pool. The pool is nice, I just assumed there would be some place for adults to relax while kids played. Also no bureau or drawers to put things away in the room. Limited restaurants nearby but that is a fine tradeoff for the mountain environment.

The hotel was well situated in Snoqualmie with easy access to the highway and restaurants. The room was spectacular with lots of room. I love that the hotel is a newer property and is being well maintained.

The breakfast was unimpressive and while it gets the job done, I skipped dining more than once because it wasn't worth waking up for. The business center needs regular cleaning and the printer doesn't work.

The bed was big and comfy. There was a great indoor pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was your pretty standard hotel breakfast (eggs hashbrowns cereal fruit baked goods juice) the bonus though was the make your own waffle area with loads of different toppings to choose from. The hotels location to things was also really convenient which we liked.

This is not really a dislike but more of a constructive criticism. I found the decor in the rooms to be rather odd. Most of the room is white including the bedding which is fine but the very small graffiti-esque pictures on the wall doesn't do the room justice at all. I get the vision you might have been trying to go for a modern artsy aesthetic however it definitely missed the mark by not making the room feel relaxing as well as vibrant. More incomplete looking decor wise and mismatchy. Other then that we liked the room it was alittle small but okay for just the two of us.

The hotel was beautiful and spacious, the beds were comfy, it was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because we were awakened at 7:30am by the fire alarm and had to jump out of bed, down 3 flights of stairs to wait in the parking lot. All because someone burnt popcorn in the microwave. I was so tired and out of it the rest of the day.

We love staying here! The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. We love that they are so accommodating to pets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable...perfect for down time in the room. The beds are very comfortable and linens are a good quality. Breakfast is yummy with food choices for everyone. The breakfast area is roomy and clean. There isn't anything that was negative about our stay. We will definitely stay again!
