I had a very pleasant stay at Kvareli Lake Resort. The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The facilities are well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Sandro, who was extremely helpful and professional. He kindly arranged a late check-out for me since my return flight was delayed, which made my stay much more comfortable. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this resort.

I think you need to separate children's and adult pools and zones, or at least give adult time after 7 pm children screaming at 10 pm in the pool and playing in the sauna do not contribute to the atmosphere and are simply not safe

Nestled between a lake and the valley, this resort hotel is beautifully situated. The facilities are spread between a couple buildings with minutes to walk or electric cars bringing you everywhere. Inside it is a serene but not stifling atmosphere, with plenty of facilities for entertainment (free water paddle boats, ping pong, air hockey). The staff is helpful. The room is not that large, but functional and offers an excellent view, our room with views both into the valley and the lake from the large balcony. We especially liked the breakfast, which both in quality and selection was excellent. From the European restaurant, we loved the classic burger and the pasta options.

We have some nitpicks: The room did not have an iron, and the lights were either super bright ceiling lights or dark bed side lamps. It is not allowed to swim in the lake (because it's a reservoir). And the security guards when arriving with the car seemed to be confused about our arrival each time, even though we stayed at the place for 5 days.

Awesome room, awesome view on the valley, the corner room has a huge balcony, beautiful surroundings - lake, mountains, forest, huge valley. Mini bar is also good.

If your room is near the elevator you will most probably hear it very well every time it is used.

My husband and I just returned from a stay at Kvareli Lake Resort, and we are still dreaming about the views! This resort is, without a doubt, one of the most stunningly beautiful and romantic places we have ever visited in Georgia. The setting is absolute perfection. Waking up to the breathtaking panorama of the serene lake set against the dramatic backdrop of the Caucasus Mountains was worth every penny. The resort feels incredibly safe, secluded, and peaceful - it’s the ideal escape for anyone looking to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature and tranquility. Our room was cozy and inviting, and the bed was very comfortable, we struggled to get out of it each morning. The amenities throughout the property are top-notch and truly set this resort apart. We loved the amazing indoor and outdoor swimming pools - both were pristine and offered gorgeous views. We rented bikes one afternoon to explore the surrounding trails, and the absolute highlight was taking one of the complimentary pedal boats out on the lake. Gliding across the water surrounded by those mountains was an unforgettable experience.

We found the restaurants, particularly the Georgian one, to be very disappointing. The breakfast was below average, the service was slow. The service in the Georgian restaurant was, unfortunately, the worst we have ever encountered; it was incredibly slow and inattentive, which was a real shame.

The infrastructure was beautifully designed, especially the room on the first floor was enormous (with surprisingly tall ceiling) ,however still felt very cozy. The best part was surrounding nature, it was breathtaking, especially at night when you could hear the owls🫣❤️

Everything was perfect! (however, I would probably single-out the receptionist woman, and suggest her to be less “strict” and hostile towards non-Georgian speakers. As a Georgian speaker myself, I don’t think it’s fair to single out “natives” and treat them a little “friendlier” then non-speakers. It’s a job, where you have to treat everyone equally and make them feel comfortable + maintain good national image and our hospitality 🫶🏻

The staff is generally not friendly and doesn’t speak good English or Russian (not all of them, of course, but I was unlucky). If you buy a bottle of wine, the staff doesn’t always offer a tasting, and they often serve it at the wrong temperature. As in many places in Georgia, you often need a lot of patience while waiting for your order. The staff isn’t proactive and doesn’t try to be helpful — if you need something, you have to insist. Don’t expect them to offer suggestions on their own. The bicycles are in poor condition — almost broken — and clearly need maintenance.

The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, it looks modern and stylish, the views are just amazing and to the valley and to the lake. The food was GREAT: both breakfast and restaurants(European and Georgian). Bar is nice as well. And I really enjoyed the complimentary fresh and dried fruits in the room. 😇 The location is quiet and relaxing. Oh and spectacular 😍. The staff is friendly. There are lots of facilities on spot (2 pools, spa, paddle, gym, boats, bicycles, table tennis, etc. so, there lots of things to do.

I would add a bit more equipment for the gym, especially yoga and Pilates stuff and rugs. The rest is great!

We return to Kvareli Lake Resort every year, and each time we are reminded that this is the perfect place for a getaway! The breathtaking nature, stunning views of the lake and mountains create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility. The hotel itself maintains an exceptionally high standard of service – the staff is always attentive, professional, and ready to assist, making our stay truly comfortable. This year, we were especially impressed by the new building – it is simply outstanding! The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes that make staying here an absolute pleasure. A special mention goes to the breakfasts – delicious, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Starting the day with such a meal is pure delight! A huge thank you to the entire team and management of the hotel for their care, excellent service, and warm hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
