Comfy bed, well equipped room, very clean and once the heat was switched on for us it was lovely and warm. Could have done with 2 spare pillows in the room but I know I could have asked for one. Lovely toiletries too. Food was lovely and there were some great drinks offers. Staff very pleasant and helpful at all times

A Shower curtain in the bathroom isn't for me. I prefer a shower screen. Breakfast service was a bit peculiar as hubby got a pot of tea and extra warm water to make more, whereas my small coffee cup was filled from a cafetiere which was then taken away by the waitress. Why not provide a pot of coffee too

The food was lovely. We had breakfast both mornings and ate in the restaurant both evenings. We really enjoyed our meals and the staff were friendly and helpful in spite of being really busy. I liked the parking facilities and the location was ideal for us to visit the Giant's Causeway and Portrush during our stay.

I realise staff were very busy but I didn't like the fact that there was no one at reception when people were checking out on Sunday morning. We just left our keys lying on the counter and off we went. It would have been nice for a staff member to ask if we enjoyed our stay and wish us a safe journey home.

We have been several times and have always enjoyed our stay

The room wee had was very cold and we had to ask for extra blankets also it was very noisy especially when windy but i think it was due to a handle being missing on the window so it couldnt seal properly. Also there was some mould on the ceiling. But we still loved our stay and would def stay again 😀

Situated on a main road , the property is very urban, therefore although not a “romantic” setting, it is very handy to town centre , sea and facilities, just a short walk away. Room was extremely clean, remarkably quiet and had everything required, tea/ coffee ,bathroom possibly a little dated, but beautifully laundered towels, toiletries, We had twin room , beds very clean and comfortable, etc.. Breakfast was again as would be expected in a small hotel, cereal, fresh fruit, full Irish that you could modify as required. Staff very approachable and helpful. Very suitable for our needs for a one night stopover stay where we could access the town.

Just as mentioned above , possibly a bit dated for some , but this was not a big issue at all for us, it’s in a very urban location so the outlook is exactly that, therefore there is nothing that the hotel can do about that , and its handy to town. Otherwise met our needs fully and very well and we were extremely pleased with our stay ; especially with the staff who are not intrusive but very approachable and helpful if you require anything.

Breakfast was fresh, offered everything you could need (fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal selection, fresh apple/orange juice) and full cooked breakfast. Service was excellent, very quick and staff were lovely, pleasant and helpful. Dining room was spacious and relaxing. Bedrooms were large, clean and tidy. A residents' lounge is available to use. Cost was average, not a special rate but average for the area.

Location is great for Portstewart but it is alongside a main road so can be noisy if that bothers you, we didn't mind too much. Petrol station next door with excellent shop but can get deliveries very early in the mornings. I was delighted with location, parking outside the door and very close to town.

The rooms are very spacious. (I booked 4 rooms for 4 gentlemen of a certain age!) Each one of us had a large room with 2 double beds. Good powerful shower although I'm not a fan of shower curtains as they tend to attack you mid shower. However I understand the need for a bath as 2 of our guests preferred baths. Proper toilet roll too!! Quilted! The staff could not have been better and looked after us really well. Breakfast was freshly cooked and ordered individually. Lovely thick toast too. Our meal in the evening was fantastic. 4 steaks all cooked to perfection at a great price. Wine is also inexpensive. Price per night was brilliant and we will return again soon. Each of us said we would return again with our wives too. Well done to all the staff. 2 Heathers and Nicole worth a mention! Thank you. PS. Large carpark on site right beside a petrol station with shop.

Not much. Just the shower curtain.

Comfortable, clean place to sleep. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but staff were very accommodating, even switching the heat off in our room when we asked. There were breakfast pre-order sheets we had to fill in, but a member of staff helped us with those, as my husband and I are blind.

We didn't like that it was so warm, but that was easily sorted, so ... nothing really to complain about there. 😊

Lovely welcome at reception, Clean communal areas, i.e. lift, stairs etc. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast with a smile. Staff were friendly, courteous and very attentive. It is located right beside a petrol station, supermarket and laundry facilities. It is located away from the hustle & bustle which was great for us.

Nothing.
