The hotel was very easy to get to. And to have the fun flex right next door was a huge bonus. The hot breakfast was delicious. And they had plenty of other options to choose from if you did not want that. And there was plenty of seating. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Very beautiful and clean hotel. I was very happy with my stay. If I had time? I would have stayed another day just to hang out at the hotel. I will be coming back for another stay.

The only problem I had was opening the refrigerator in the breakfast area. Which was pretty funny. Boy that thing seals great! Other than that. I don’t feel that there is anything to improve on.

The bed was comfortable, the TV in the room comes with a Chromecast which was useful, the bathroom was a really nice size, breakfast was pretty good too

The walls and ceilings are thin, we were woken up prior to 6am due to the guests above us (not necessarily the hotels fault), the bed frame/base had a broken spring which caught me on the leg (we advised the hotel of this on check out), we asked for the body wash in the shower to be refilled on our first morning as it wasn't filled up prior to check in but it wasn't done even though the room was cleaned.

Location is great! Close to shopping area, Dunkin’ Donuts and with good dining options. It’s clean for the most part and breakfast was great! Pool is great with an outdoor area. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It is quiet and walls are not thin like in other value hotel chains.

Room could be a bit cleaner or vacuumed. Found sequins and rhinestones all over the carpet from previous guest and surfaces were a bit dusty. The waterpark next door is a ripoff during high season.

I liked the location

The breakfast was ok. Could have added pastries. Pool was small and there were people coming from the place next door (Funplex) using the pool area. If I ever stay there again I will not stay on the 1st floor people above me stomping and running and people in the hallway running and yelling to each other.

I like most everything about the hotel and the staff was particularly helpful when I had questions.

I think the placement of the coffee pot inside the room was almost impossible to reach. It was on a shelf. That was a little bit higher than my height, and I didn’t feel like standing on a chair to fill up the coffee pot with water. It’s OK. I went downstairs and was able to get a coffee whenever I wanted it. So minor thing.

Breakfast was exceptional. The room and hotel as a whole was a vibe. Decor was modern and nice . Very satisfied and I'm a very clean (neat freak) and the place freaked my freak.

The wifey said the bed could've been more comfortable. I was like "WHAT"..... it was in the middle....sleep number would have been better. Also, a price dispute but, after a little investigation La Quinta/Hawthorne showed me love and Made it right.

All of the workers were very accommodating and friendly. Everything about the place was clean, well maintained, and the location was amazing. Close to lots of restaurants, right next door to the Funplex, and they offer good deals on packages to visit the Funplex. Im looking forward to staying here again with my son over the summer.

Nothing really. I had no complaints.

Recently renovated, so everything looks new and clean. Room mostly clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Exercise equipment seems brand new. Breakfast buffet was good, well-stocked, and clean. During week runs 6-9, but checkout isn’t until 11. Wish it ran a little later. For now, we would definitely choose this La Quinta over the other one in Mount Laurel.

Bathroom could use more attention. Hair in shower and around sink. Wifi is very slow. Strong signal, but slow.

There was a problem with an extra hold on my funds. The manager was quite rude and didn’t handle it well. I went back and spoke to another person at the front desk and she helped me and explained things to me. She was kind and I appreciated that. The manager was short with me, rude, and basically not listening to me and didn’t seem like her cared to.

It was close to lots of shops and restaurants. It was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great and I loved the toiletry products. The breakfast was great and it even had a small bar. There was an indoor pool but we didn’t swim. I really liked this property and would give it a 10/10.

The only thing I can complain about is the small free bottle of body lotion was empty.
