All was great. The only issue I had was that I had no soap in my room. Also the toilet paper dispenser was broken and both bills of toilet paper fell off of the roller. Room was very clean and comfortable but the issue with the soap caused me a problem because I was getting in the shower when I discovered I had no soap. No way could I go to the office and pick some up. The staff was so friendly. None of the best staff I’ve encountered while traveling. Just excellent. Don’t know their name but it was a guy and a gal who was working Friday, May 16.

I’ve stayed there a bunch of times when it was a Days Inn. The first time as Red Lion (a year ago) was a disaster, already reviewed and documented. This time it was much better. Beds were comfortable, TV worked just fine, room was clean.

1. The room smell was a little too much in the beginning, but I guess I just needed to get used to it. 2. Traffic noise was almost unbearable on Saturday night, but it was understood we were prone to suffer from that due to hotel location. Luckily, it did not last all night. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I truly like the layout of the suite rooms. The front and back door access to room is quite convenient when you have friends and family sleep and you need to come and go without interrupting/disturbing others.

I was accused of smoking and smelling like fentanyl. After being there for a week I was lied on by the front desk manager when I wasn't even smoking. MATTER OF FACT I don't even smoke. Even had the nerve to come banging on room door and change their accusational story to I was seen with someone who allegedly smelled like fentanyl. She yelled and tried to rush me to LEAVE ROOM NOW (African American Female) said. Even had audacity to threaten to call police. I did however slam door in her face and proceeded to gather my belongings. And left when i was done.

The room was very clean and well maintained aside from needing toilet paper as soon as we checked in. Breakfast was average nothing to special.

The building and grounds are very unappealing and unattractive. Looks a bit run down from the outside. The area seems a bit precarious. Did not appreciate the 100 refundable deposit, think it's a bit excessive

The location is close to downtown. My room was on the side away from the freeway. Be aware... there are a lot of homeless folks in the area. I wasn't bothered, but just be aware. I blew a tire and had to spend an extra night. The staff made the process very easy. Courtesy was 10/10. Room was very clean.

Very spartan room.

Hotel room is very clean the beds were made very nicely very homey even if you're not at home they create that home atmosphere and breakfast was also included in the pool was actually open very quiet minus a guy that runs around yelling I think he has schizophrenia but he's pretty harmless so don't worry about him FYI that's if you hear a guy yelling

It was just the guy that was walking through the property yelling at first he did scare me but then I realized that he was very harmless it's just him and the voices but he has but it was pretty common him walking throughout the week that I had been there but like I said he's harmless

We had a great view of the fireworks and the drive through Carl’s Jr was right next door to eat. Convenient for what we wanted to do.

The only issue I had was the shower did not have anywhere to put your shampoo or soap. And no shower handle to hang onto in case of a slip or keep your balance when washing yourself.

The room was Huge and much nicer than expected for the price. I was honestly disappointed I didn't stay another night. Everything worked. The TV was massive and very nice. Fridge and alarm clock. The bed was massive and comfortable. I would definitely stay again! Good location, right next to freeway entrance and close to the city center.

I liked everything. No complaints.

Close to Sentinel Peak for hiking and photos. Close to downtown. Easy access to I10. I appreciate the attempt to keep an aging property looking updated. Decent breakfast - Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and a variety of pastries, fruit, juice etc.

Loud people in the parking lot in the middle of the night and early morning. Probably has more to do with the area than the property itself, but still off-putting. Room smelled strongly of smoke when I entered. I did let the front desk staff know immediately so that I wouldn't lose my deposit.

The outside facilities in property was clean and tidy all staff were courteous and professional, and addressed all issues and concerns promptly.

The room appeared to be clean, but the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped.
