The rooms must have been recently redone. The room and the entire property were extremely clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Gianna on the front desk and manager Helen were great!

For a hotel of this caliber, we didn't expect much and to our surprise it was a great stay. The hotel staff, the cleanliness of our room, a good recommendation from Gianna (on the front desk) for dinner and a good cup of coffee the next morning when we hit the road all made for a great experience.

The front desk staff were very nice and personable. At check in, I accidentally left my thermal cup at the registration desk. The staff on duty called our room immediately to inform me. During breakfast, the staff conversed with us and the other guests. He also assisted another guest with preparing her waffles and other breakfast items.

The rooms are a bit small for a king bed. There were also some strands of hair in the shower.

The location was perfect for us. King size bed was really comfortable, all staff were awesome and went out of their way to help you. Breakfast was wonderful with different choices and bacon everyday!

The chlorine smell in the pool area was a bit overwhelming even with the doors open, we did not utilize for this reason. Would have loved to have had access to a jacuzzi.

Breakfast was not much. Waffles were rubbery, and butter was not individually wrapped. There was no topping for waffles. Oatmeal tasted old. Bread and muffins were steal and hard.

This is a very nice hotel, located right off of the interstate with several dining options close by. Everything was clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I enjoyed the fresh hard-boiled eggs in the morning. I could have selected the scrambled eggs, but the hard boiled ones were nicer. The coffee was ready, hot and delicious. Selections of three creamers, as well as 2% mild were above and beyond! On my second day I had 1 hard boiled egg, yogurt, and a bowl of oatmeal. The oatmeal was fresh and it was good. I like to put raisins and brown sugar on my oatmeal. At this Fairfield Inn I had the rare treat of being able to put dried cranberries on the oatmeal. I arrived, and the room smelled bad, but I had travelled for about 18 hours before I hit the pillow, so I went to sleep, saying that I would speak with the manager the next day.

When I arrived I had been traveling for a long time, and I was very tired. I fell into bed, and was asleep in a minute or two. The room did not smell good. I mentioned this to the manager the following morning I spoke with the manager, and she (1) apologized, and (2) had the room cleaned while I was away. When I returned late in the afternoon the room was fresh as a daisy. Very clean. I wasn't done adequately upon arrival, but this manager made sure it was perfect for my next night. Polite. Attentive. Efficient. Friendly. Customer service was perfect!

The black gentleman working the desk and breakfast area every morning was AWESOME! Always asked us how we were as we came and went for 3 nights. Breakfast was great! Hotel is Far enough away from craziness but close enough to easily get to downtown

Staff was very friendly and accomadating,(especially front desk staff), very nice breakfast, and Room was pleasingly Cozy and for most part, quiet of outside noises. :)

The lobby needs some updating. There was a very rank odor down hall the first day upon arrival which was short lived
