We love sitting at level 5 accompanied by good music, breezy wind and lovely view, made us lost track of time. Easy to navigate around the hotel, exploring the restaurants, mini mart, swimming pool etc. Tasty food from housekeeping! The rooms are spacious, ample space to sit around in the room while hanging out without touching the bed. Love the wash basin outside the bathroom, easy to wash hand without going back and forth the toilet when the floor is wet. A great choice for a weekend staycation with friends and your loved ones!

Room is very spacious including bathroom. View of the river. The staffs are helpful but the receptionist can improve their customer service skills a bit. Be more confident in answering the customers so that you will look more trustworthy. Your bubur pulut hitam is very nice.

Burnt iron. Safe box shirt of one battery. No floor mat/towel. Only 1 toothbrush for a room with 2 adults? Very basic hairdryer that takes me veryyyyy long to dry my hair. The kuih made during the SUKMA Bengkel can be better. I don't understand why was sooooo liat. The samosa (if i'm not mistaken) was darnnnn liat.

the pool, the view (especially from high floor) and the food is delicousss!!

hm.. the bed and curtains got some stains, kinda dusty.. the bathroom floor has water everytime when shower because it leaks out, so it's wet all the time..

My second stay. Everything was good as previously except this time few points for housekeeping to take note :-) - only one pair of bedroom slipper instead of two for twin occupancy, floor a little sticky, incomplete toiletries - provided two shampoo and one body lotion, one set (instead of two) tooth brush, without shower gel and conditioner. Overall, we like this hotel and will be back.

Comfy bed, nice room. Nice location of the hotel next to the Sarawak River.

All electricity in the room was out without the key. Could only charge electronica while I was there. Always had to use the key to use the elevator. Staff would ring the door bell in the morning for house keeping, making for a rude awaking (I went to bed and woke up late).

Spacious and comfortable room. Free decent WiFi. Ample free parking space for hotel guests. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Has grocery store, vending machine and restaurants downstairs which is convenient.

My car's wheel got its first scuff from the curb at the parking space due to its tight entrance 😭

The room was really comfy and clean. The pool was amazing. Crazy view on the river. Amazing sunset. Perfect location if you have a conference at the Borneo center. There is also a tiny shop directly at the hotel which is useful.

The AC was really too cold in the entire hotel and you cannot control it even in your own room. My room was at 18 most of the time. And it's also a shame that the pool closes at 7pm. We would have enjoy it on the evening.

The friendliness of the staff, the spaciousness of the room, and the view on the river. Also, the fact that an hotel of this category may be able to serve a 24/24 room service.

The breakfast could have been better. It feels really like impersonal bulk cooking with a lot of fried and sweet items. I do appreciate thought that they installed an espresso machine for self-service.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had many varieties and was satisfying in taste.

The website listed the sky lounge and pool bar, but they were not actually open. I don't know if it was a seasonal thing, but the website needs to be updated.

The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. Totally clean. The breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is quite far from the city and main attraction. And I hope they prepared room slippers as the tiles are quite cold to step on.
