Nice room, comfortable bed, big/soft/fluffy pillows, & terrific A/C system. It was a relaxing stay because there wasn't a bunch of people just hanging around like other motels. I wasn't bothered 1 time. It was obviously well managed

The TV network was a joke. Very big disappointment because I couldn't even watch the NBA finals on ABC. There were only like 10 channels to choose from and the TV guide and channel identifier weren't even close to being in sync so it was almost impossible to figure out what channel and what program you were watching because it would say you're watching NFL Network but you were actually watching home shopping network, so I just used my phone and tablet to stream something. Everything else was terrific and made up for the TV debacle

It was very clean, they have daily housekeeping. The staff is civilized. There provide many towels, face cloths, I had a fridge inside, a microwave, a desk, and very comfortable bed. Their wifi works fine and doesn’t limit protocols so once you authenticate you’re free to VPN.

Noisy window AC. But the room keeps the temperature, so I just ran it for 20 minutes and turned down for bedtime, it was still comfortable.

I liked that they allowed me to check in early & with no extra charge, because I had no where to go after my flight landed at 10 am. The woman on duty when I arrived (Diane, sorry if I spelled it wrong) was truly the sweetest and most helpful. I suffer from horrible anxiety and she made the entire transaction bearable, most comfortable I’ve felt in public in a while! Her customer service was great, as was her work ethic & enthusiasm.

I didn’t care much for some of the other citizens staying, but that’s not their fault. I was a little bummed that my iron didn’t work, or the light above the bed. The tv was also very slow & kept getting dark.

The neighbors were really nice and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite and they greeted me with a big smile. The staff also said if I needed anything just to let them know and they would take care of what I needed.

The phone in the room was not working but that's ok I had my own phone. Other than that it was a nice stay. Slept like a baby and had a pleasant night. My grandson's had fun on the scooter just to see them have fun and laugh and enjoy themselves you accommodated our stay. Thank you for putting smiles on my family's face. It was a night to remember.

Not enough towels and thin blanket, almost froze with air on,not enough pillows needs at least 4 per bed, I had to go find a ice bucket, tub was not clean and overly worn out, didn't feel comfortable getting in it, breakfast was good, bacon or sausage wouldn't hurt to add to waffle 🤷🏾‍♀️,it was an ok experience, I know some places ain't 5star and they tried , it was an ok timei spent there(for one night).

They are pet friendly. There is a Target grocery store nearby.

It is on I-35 and there is a lot of noise outside much of the time. The bathtub needed caulking, and the shower rod was loose. We had to have the TV swapped out because it didn’t work.

Breakfast is legit. I come to this property at least once a month and the office staff are always awesome to me, probably because they know me by now and because I keep my room clean and don’t complain.

There are restrictions on the WiFi which I find a little annoying, but it’s not like it’s the end of the world, it’s not something that would ruin my stay.

The lady working the front was very welcoming and sweet, the rooms were clean and cozy, location was great and I like the multiple food kitchens next door for a quick and yummy meal

Front desk staff are top notch. Shout out to Diana, Jenn, and Makayla for making the experience wonderful. Must ask Makayla for the "fish family" story. Anything you need don't hesitate to ask. Pleasant stay, comforting, relaxing.

Room was nice and comfortable. Overall good, only thing I didn't like was the WiFi was not that good. Not sure if it was just room or if it was like that in all of them.

Breakfast ended at 9:00am! That's ridiculous! Keep it going until at least 10:00am.
