Large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning was a very welcome feature in the heat of summer. Broad range of breakfast items to suit every taste. Staff were welcoming and friendly - fluent English-speakers able to help us tourists whose Italian is rather limited! Staff provided good advice for onward travel & day trips. The hotel is situated just over 2km away from the historic centre. The hotel's flexible shuttle bus service into the centre is a huge help for those less-mobile, attending an evening at the opera, or simply looking to avoid the walk into town in the summer heat.

Breakfast was varied and the breakfast lady was really nice. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. They offered a free shuttle from the hotel into the center for free which we used on our first day. The people at reception were polite and helpful. Easy to get to the center by local bus near hotel.

The room and bathroom could offer some more amenities (robes, lotions, separate shampoo and conditioner). It would be good to have some English tv channels aside from the news. The shuttle only goes in the late afternoon so we took the local bus instead. It would have been nice to offer the shuttle in the mornings as well.

Check-in was flawless. The staff speak multiple languages, offered details for restaurants, help making reservations, and took extra time to show us places to go on the map. The breakfast was WONDERFUL... fresh and staff constantly replenishing the options. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice elevator for those with mobility challenges. The free shuttle to downtown was very nice, just make sure to sign up for it, as there are limited spaces. You will need to catch bus 41 back, but it is just a short walk to the hotel. Make sure to walk to EATALY near the hotel.... it's a hidden gem of a restaurant and store!

The location is a bit outside of town, but very manageable with the bus system. The weather during our trip was hotter (and more humid) than we cared for, but the hotel exceeded any expectations.

Everything was fine, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant overall. However, the only downside was the loud music from a nearby nightclub that we could hear when we went to sleep. This was somewhat disruptive to our rest. We stayed over the weekend, so it might not be as noisy during the week. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated its convenient location.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with top-quality beds and pillows. The bathrooms were tastefully upgraded, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast offered a complete spread of authentic Italian fare.

With just one sluggish elevator, we often had to take the stairs, and the hotel’s remote location—far from the city center and major sights—meant long waits for taxis.

The cleanliness the breakfast the facilities all was good. And it was beautiful

At 1:30 am there was a lot of noise of people speaking coming from the hallway and also a sound like dripping water coming from the ceiling that I was really so tired from the trip that I couldn't ask to change my room at that late hours . As a 4 star hotel I expected these strange noises to be basically non-existent at that time of night.

From check-in to check out, everything at this Hotel was great. The Staff really make you feel so welcome. Great Breakfast selection to help you start your day and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The rooms are spacious and a very comfortable bed. Very nice ensuite bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Breakfast is very good, with a variety of options for you. To Verona old town, you can take No. 41 bus, bus stop is around 2 mins walks from the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes to old town, also can buy bus ticket from hotel reception. Also, hotel offers regular shuttle bus to Verona old town per hour.

Around 15 mins walking distance from Verona train station,

The hotel is located about 5 minutes drive from the old city center, clean and reasonable size room for a day or two stay for a trip to the old city, reasonable breakfast.

I would expect a higher level of cosmetic products in the bathroom for a 4 stars hotel. Parking is not secured at the hotel especially if you arrive late at night , might be full.

Nice suspended TV, pleasant shower water pressure, it was a good thing to have a big window in the bathroom, the pillows were two and comfortable, the furniture was new, the room was tidy and clean, parking in the front of the hotel

would have been better to have one set of bath accessories for everyone (soap, ear scrubs and everything); not exactly in the center of the city.
