We really appreciated the hotel's fabulous and peaceful location next to gorgeous park.It's absolutely quiet at night, no street noise and the rooms are really soundproof.Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices also for vegetarians. Staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. We would definately stay again.

The only weak point was our dinner in the hotel's restaurant - food is really expensive , low quality and very poorly presented. Quite an unpleasant experience .

I liked everything about this hotel: it is a modern, stylish and well-designed accommodation with a spacious lobby and nice elevators. The dining hall, where breakfasts are served, is great. There were various food choices at breakfast. The room itself was great, neat, and tidy. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The location is amazing, as this hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the centre. The town appears to be a medium-sized one but with a beautiful central square, cozy cafes.

It took us a very very long time to check in, as the receptionists could not find our reservations made and fully paid for 5 weeks ago. He asked at least five times to check under whose name the reservation was made, even though I showed him in the app on my phone that it was me. Asking hotel guests to sign long papers when renting an umbrella is a big exaggeration. We are not renting an apartment, just an umbrella. It would be enough to mark it in the system, like it is done in any another hotel. The staff in the hotel bar is lovely, very nice and helpful people.

I liked the area. Close to many parks for a nice walk but close the vibe of the city, which was also just a few minutes walk away.

If I do have to mention something, it would probably be the smokers. They stand just outside the front door, but smoke comes into the reception and the same at the back . If the wind/draught is towards the hotel you have to keep you window closed.

The location is perfect for exploring Brunswick. It’s a calm and clean hotel, and 24-hour parking is available for a fee. For those driving EVs, there are a few public charging stations right next to the hotel.

The spa is only accessible after 17h, and if you fancy a massage, you need to book it at least a week in advance. So not ideal if you’re counting on enjoying a wellness treat spontaneously.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options for fruits, bread, yogurt and an omelet bar. The room and bathroom, well cleaned and the staff was really helpful. Fitness center is good.

In the website it says that they have a ladies only sauna and they dont. It made a difference for me when I was choosing where to stay that they had this option. If they dont anymore they should correct that both at booking.com and their website.

One of the rare Hotels these days in which the traveller and customer is treated well, meaning staff on the front desk, the bar, or at breakfast takes some time to look up to the customer, recognises him or her, looks in the eyes, takes even a moment to do a little smalltalk, where service is not just only a job for them. Rare to find these days, especially in Germany and with people of the younger generations working in the service business of any kind or rating. I really loved that in this Hotel here in walking distance 300 metres ish from downtown Braunschweig in Lower Saxony. Nothing either to complain about the facilities. I for sure will return when in the area.

Very modern and tastefull interior. Room has a good size with good, clean bathroom. Very quiet surroundings. Carpark nearby. Good restaurant and a super breakfast!

Breakfast, although it is varied and very good, is too expensive for me. I‘m a small eater and 28€ for 1 coffee and croissant is out of proportion. There is a need for a „breakfast à la française“ at a reduced rate.
