Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was suitable and the manager on days is absolutely wonderful and handled all complaints quickly with professionalism and did everything she could to make up for the other complaint i had which i will not discuss since it was quickly addressed by management. Also, when I checked in I discovered the air in my room was not working. They brought in a whole new unit and installed it in less than 10 min.

I do wish they could have muffins or some type of bread type breakfast items instead of just waffles. but the waffles were great too so no complaints really.

The blueberry waffles, oranges, apples and coffee were amazing! My favorite part was the kind front desk staff who went above and beyond to help my family during this hard time. We just evacuated from Hurricane Helene in NC and they took great care of us!!! Connie Kelley, Cheyanne Dyer,and Lasheara Ewing. I may have misspelled their names, but they were wonderful!!! They deserve all the credit and we appreciate them dearly!!!! We will miss you all.

Connie, Marsha, & Tish were awesome staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Very professional and friendly staff. They are in process of updates at the hotel but it did have all the comforts you need. Very good rate when booked through booking.com.. has a pool, laundry, exercise room and breakfast. Deff will stay again.

As I said they are working on updates so not worried about the few small things.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient for an overnight on a road trip. There are train tracks across the street; we like hearing trains, but if you're a light sleeper it may not be appreciated. The room was a decent size.

Furnishings were worn, but it was perfect for our needs.

We don’t like that the price keeps going up every week on us and we have been here I think 2 months it keeps going up every week higher and higher

I had a good stay all staff was very kind and went out of their way to help with any questions I had the room was nice and tidy I didn't feel at all uneasy as I was staying alone I had originally planned on staying two nights and decided to stay four I would recommend staying the price was reasonable even better if you book through Booking.com

Everything was great...

The breakfast was great and Ms. Connie at the front desk was the sweetest person I’ve met!!! She was great at her job and was so friendly, kind and helpful

Nothing.

The room was spacious and clean. The shower was super hot with great pressure. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The HVAC unit was fast and quiet.

There was a bit of an odd smell emanating from the heater. The TV was a little small/old, but that's just because I'm used to a brand new 75" Roku TV at home.

Everyone is nice and is clean and no problems at all

Just the price goes up every week getting where u can’t afford it.
