The male staff the first night was rude, the power went out the second night and a quest was completely rude and indecent exposed especially disrespectful to my husband as it was our honeymoon but the lady working was excellent and handled the situation well.

The pool hours or at least a larger tub so we could have a spa kind of evening.

Clean. Bright. Staff was great at check-in.

Location and layout is a pain. Signage is not visible from one direction, and appears too late from the other. Possibly the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever encountered.

I had a boat with me and the parking was tight. The motel is near a popular lake and they did no have enough outside electical outlets to charge batteries

It was a little hard to find the entrance. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good and a good selection. The lady who was stocking breakfast and cooking it was fantastic.

Body wash top came off during shower. There was some mold in the corner of the shower.

This hotel feel very safe. As a female who travels alone safety is very important. I felt very safe in the parking lot. It was lit up so well. The halls ways are well lighted. The people are super friendly and we're always smiling.

Great hotel right in the middle of everything!! Walking distance to almost everything you would need. Breakfast included!! Free Parking, Nice pool and hot tub, great staff!!

I have no real complaints. The hotel is well kept and was being updated a bit when I was there. Maintenance staff was wonderful!!

This is my third time staying at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Harriman, TN. I've never had any issues. Each time has been a great experience. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great also. It was rainy when we were there so the pool was fantastic for the kids.

Nice selection of breakfast foods. Property was fairly new and in good condition. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Liked the microwave and fridge in room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fall decorations in the lobby.

There wasn't much that was wrong, but the bathroom floor and tub could have been a little cleaner
