I’ve found this hotel to be clean and well kept. Parking was easy and convenient. I’ve stayed here a few times with my family whenever and appreciate how friendly and professional the staff were.

The older lady in the dining room was very aggressive and ill mannered for no reason. Despite being cordial and polite, she was rather disrespectful to me in the presence of other guests. I found that behavior to be a poor representation of the hotel. Customer service training is definitely lacking. Accordingly, she needs to be consistent with how she treats everyone, not just whom she believes are affluent. Please address!

I arrived late at night and needed to sleep in the following morning. I was able to sleep well during the morning because the hallways were quiet and housekeeping didn’t knock on my door or others nearby, fortunately. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Shades on window were able to block out 100% of the morning sun to help me sleep late.

There were trains (but no horns) rolling by on the track right across the street around 3 in the morning, which awakened me a few times.

This property is clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice. Had plenty of towels and wash cloths when we checked in to our room, so we didn’t have to go asking for more during our 2 night stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we got back to our room and it had been cleaned and restocked with amenities after our first night there. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, bananas, cereal, pastries, bagels and more. Convenient to our horse show venue was a plus.

If you are a light sleeper there is a train track just across the road and trains do go through during the night.

Hotel was safe and comfortable for my family of 4. We stopped at close to 11pm and felt safe upon arrival and felt safe when leaving the next morning. Clean, the breakfast was good, and overall I’m very satisfied with this hotel.

The only con was the room had an odd smell..but it wasn’t bad. Smelled maybe stale? But I could tell the property was clean, so could have just been the AC sitting unused for a while or not being ran for a whole.

Conveniently located, comfortable, clean. Bed was very soft. There were no bedbugs, which is a big plus. Great water pressure in the shower.

Located close to a railroad track that was a little loud. The shower dial was a little bit of a puzzle. And there was a pretty good size crack under the door. Would be nice if it was flush with the door frame.

Everything , was just the way you'd want it to be ! We left some clothes in the closet , and Mckinzie (at the front desk) called and took care of getting them back to us , same day . Anna ( in the breakfast area ) , made some of the best scrambled eggs , patty sausage , and sausage gravy , you could get anywhere ! Her biscuits ; will make you slap your Mama (maybe twice ) !!!

What's not to like ?

Good breakfast. Clean rooms, nice hotel, have stayed in others in the area visiting family and this is one of the best available and a good price.

It is near the train tracks, but you can hardly hear the train when it goes by.

The price was great! The staff was nice. My son enjoyed himself. My room was quite spacious.

I would have liked to have a chest or armoire in my room. We had a 2 queen bed room, but not enough clothes storage. The pool was closed. I had family at the Holiday inn Express and their rooms were much nicer with a few better amenities. I was shocked to know both hotels were owned by the same family. Also the lighting was rather dim.

location was great - easy to get to and easy to return back to the interstate staff were super nice and very helpful room was nice and very clean

the microwave did not work the bathroom shower drain wasn't great - ran water all over the floor

The breakfast was ok. The biscuits had been sitting to long in the server and were hard. Everything else was good

Nothing really. The room was nice and clean and smelled nice. Towels were clean and plentiful. The hotel was quiet
