The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all great. They even accommodated us arriving 2 hours early!

I wasn't told until I arrived that there was a $100 cash deposit required if you live less than 50 miles away even when paying with a card. It was refundable and thankfully I had cash on me but booking.com should have made me aware of that fact when I made the reservation. I don't blame the facility.

Office staff was friendly . Office staff took any concerns seriously and tried to deal with them.

Housekeeping staff spoke no English. Only cleaned room every 3 days. No clean towels or toiletries. No diabetic food for breakfast like fresh fruit or yogurt.

Good value & clean. No outside disturbances.

A/c leaked in room. They did give us extra towels, when we asked. It was very hot outside.

I only stayed overnight. But the manager was very nice. S was the person on staff at the breakfast. The room is extremely comfortable. Especially since the comparison to the Days Inn at Oak Ridge. Which I absolutely do not recommend.

Maybe a sign closer to the highway. Not a dealbreaker, but I’ll pass it up because the McDonald’s in front kind of blocks it.

The room was clean but kinda dated and it had nice space. The people at the desk were friendly, professional and very helpful. They accommodated my disability and service dog perfectly.

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. One light fixture didn't function properly and we had to unscrew the lightbulb to turn it off to sleep.
