The property was in a great location, with a lovely view of the beachfront. Just a few steps away from the IGA, bakery and restaurants. The parking was great! It was well maintained and very clean. The shower was huge and the bathroom had a heated floor. There was also reverse cycle air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and there was a very comfy recliner with footstool as well as a leather sofa.
The kitchenette facilities were minimal, just a microwave and electric frypan, toaster and sandwich press. There was also an electric kettle and a coffee pod machine, but it did not fit the Nespresso size pods. Pods that did work were provided though. The fridge had no freezer section.

A clean, spacious unit and the sea/beach view was fantastic from the lounge, dining, kitchen area. We loved the apartment’s location as there was easy private parking and we could walk to a great bakery, IGA, hotel and tourist info. The quiet town of Penguin was a perfect base to set out from to visit lots of different parts of north Tasmania. Our hosts were efficient and approachable yet gave us space.

Fantastic view of beach front. All facilities in kitchen, dining and lounge areas were very good
Neither of the mattresses were that comfortable. A bit hard. Need to be upgraded to match the rest of the property. The stairs up to the property are very steep. Difficult to get luggage upstairs. No cover for when it is raining.

The studio was absolutely fantastic, extremely clean, cosy, & the best ocean views. They also had a BBQ to cook which was nice. Very friendly & helpful host. We also saw little Penguins at Burnie that the host suggest we do.
The Queen bed was a little uncomfortable but I do have a bad back. I wish we had a balcony that I thought we had.

The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was one of the best we have had the pleasure of using. Although we had a ground floor we still had a nice view of the water. Nicely furnished and you couldn't get a more central location
There is parking at the rear of the property - but barely enough if the apartments are full- we had Apartment 3 and at no time were we able to park in the bay marked for apartment 3 - but with the other bays full, we couldn't park in any of the others either. We ended up tight against a fence which wasn't overly suitable for a 2 night stay. More nuisance value than anything

This property was so true to the pictures and better than expected. The hosts live nearby and they are simply REMARKABLE-loved every minute of our Penguin trip-just would like to stay longer.

Walking distance to everything . Gorgeous views . Exceptional decor styling and cleanliness. Under floor bathroom heating a lovely luxury.Comfy couch chair and bed. Fun theme.Enjoyed the exceptional Penguin Market on Sunday and the brew house meal.

the apartment located at a wonderful place that you may see the moonrise from the living room. and the super markets are near by, in front of us are white sand little playground. the apartment itself is well designed, clean and provides bug tub. really really in love with here!

PENGUIN WATERFRONT ESCAPE would be one of the best accommodation places that i have stayed at.It offers you everything from view to facilities......All first class as usual.I am now becoming a regular customer

Great location right on the 'strip' of restaurants and lovely little shops and IGA, hotel for meals etc, everything within a very easy, flat walk. Modern little unit with a quirky retro vibe. Nice comfy Queen and a fairly comfy pull out sofa bed double. Nice little kitchen, small fridge. smart Tv, coffee pod machine, Bathroom was huge, brand new and amazing.....heated floor tiles! Easy parking at the rear.
It would have been nice to have access to an area at the front with such a beautiful view, to be able to have a morning coffee out there would have been so lovely.
