Fantastic location. Exceptional views from front of home. Wonderful gardens. Spacious home with very comfortable beds. We so appreciated the host Terry's invaluable advice and suggestions on local places to visit.

Was my error as I hadn't realised there wasn't a clothes dryer. A clothes rack is provided. However, due to showers over the weekend we stayed, clothes washing was left inside on a Saturday afternoon. Some items were still damp when finally packed up around Monday morning at 6am. Having a dryer to fully dry items would be invaluable for some guests. Some frying pans and pots were in less than ideal condition. Aside from the 2 above minor issues, we loved our stay and rate it a 5/5.

The view from the lounge room was beautiful. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise. We loved it. The accommodation had everything we needed. Communication with our hosts was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable!

The only thing we didn't like was that it wasn't fully fenced. We had a toddler so it would have been great if it was fully fenced. That was no big deal though. Other than that, it was great!

Terry & Fran are friendly, exceptional hosts & lovely people! Their home is truly beautiful (as is the view!) and they have thought of everything to make it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The beds were GREAT - best sleep I've had in a long time. We will definately be staying again!

That we couldn't stay longer!

Outstanding in every way! Superb location directly opposite the beach, short stroll to the Main Street shops, a really hospitable and warm welcome from host Terry. The house was spacious but intimate, with amazing views, extremely well equipped and with generous supplies. It was also impeccably clean and cleverly arranged. Altogether absolutely fabulous.

The views from the property were amazing. Rooms were styled and fitted out beautifully with light and heater on when we arrived. Terry was very welcoming and informative about the property and town. We loved the small touches such as fresh fruit in the bowl and glass of port.

The house is perfect. All the amenities you could need and couldn't ask for a better location. We had a fantastic stay, this house is one of a few properties which has exceeded my expectations and has the "wow" factor.

What a great house! We loved our short stay in Penguin - it is such a beautiful town that we loved exploring. Really rate the brewery, bakery and playground. Sunrise at Penguin is exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed the view from the front room and walking into town. It has everything you could need for a really enjoyable stay.

It was lovely to meet Terry the host! The property has an amazing ocean view. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to see the freight train going past with my toddler while eating breakfast! The property is very well-maintained and has everything we need to be super comfortable. Super grateful that Terry got the Portacot and high chair ready! I would happily stay for another few weeks.

From the first interaction with the hosts through to enjoying the property and surrounds everything was perfect! Amazing location and the hosts Terry and Fran make the stay very comfortable and are a wealth of knowledge of the area! The views are to die for and the house and property is so beautifully set out! A most enjoyable stay.

Absolutely nothing!

This home has to be stayed in to really feel how special it is. It was perfect for our family with a great amount of space inside and outside. A close walk to the shops in the main street and a quiet, gentle beach across the road. Terry and Fran are beautiful hosts and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and a little different to the rest.
