The entire room was very clean, beds superbly comfy, and staff very friendly and helpful. The Comfort Inn is just good, nothing else to say. We had a comfy couch, a table with two chairs, desk and seat/luggage bit. A kettle with tea, plates, cups and cutlery was provided, as well as a tea towel and dish soap. Bathroom had body and face towels, shampoo and conditioner. The room had an ironing board, iron, toaster and fridge. On request, you can ask for a microwave to be brought to your room. Everything was smooth, friendly and clean. No complaints, 10/10 would stay again.

Nothing at all. It was just good. If I had to nitpick, maybe the room key was just sliiiightly harder to open the door than I wanted. That's all I can think of.

The location was in a lovely quiet part of the bay and nearby the water. Very clean room and appeared to have been recently upgraded. It is a brisk 20 min walk to the main shopping and they are easy to find. Standard layout and utensils in the room and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were excellent, enthusiastic and informative. Parking was good with very large spaces whilst unpacking.

The only complaint I have is the standby light on the large TV was extremely bright and annoying whilst trying to sleep otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

I recently stayed at this wonderful place and had a fantastic experience! The location was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook a delicious meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy retreat!

While the location had its charm, the accommodations fell short in some areas. The fridge was surprisingly small, more like a bar fridge, and the freezer wasn't functional at all. Additionally, the building and decor were showing their age and could benefit from some renovation and modernization. A bit of a freshen-up would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

The staff were extremely kind and were always there when we had any issue. When we accidentally locked our keys in the room at night. David was there within 5 minutes to let us back in and even gave us coupons for our next day in Launceston. We had everything in our room to get by, such as hairdryer, dishsoap, kettle, microwave, and fridge, which made our backpacking trip so easy. Highly recommend this place

This motel is in a great location, just down the road from Bass Strait and easy to go everywhere we wanted to go while there. Very easy, helpful and friendly check in. Sparkly clean room, very comfortable beds and lovely hot shower. Well equipped with crockery and cutlery. Shops were easy to find and not very far away. Great car park with plenty of room to manoeuvre the car and reverse park at the door. Having a washing machine and dryer onsite was wonderful and much appreciated. Free Wi-Fi was also very much appreciated. Well laid out Family Room, a separate bedroom for the children was great.

Comfiest beds we have slept in. I had to share a bed with my young granddaughter and the mattress was so good that her wriggling didn't disturb my sleep at all. Family Unit with two separate rooms and a well-appointed separate kitchen/dining room. Quiet location at the rear of the property with no interference from other patrons. Good onsite parking. Convenient location. Easy late check-in process. Excellent communication from staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

The new bathroom was great with good pressure from the shower head and the shower was very spacious. The owners were very obliging in transferring us to an updated room as shown in photos on the web. They are gradually updating this motel since taking ownership last year. Looked like they are working to open a restaurant as well on site. Thoroughly recommend at a very realistic price.

Excellent accommodation for the price.

Room 24 is a lovely peaceful oasis with plenty of space and everything I needed to recover from a back injury over 5 days. I really loved the writing desk and chairs, decent reading lights, comfy reading sofa, great bed. Very close to the maritime museum for excellent lunches, and gentle walks along the river. Car parking at the door was helpful. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

I’d appreciate better quality toilet paper, but otherwise it was perfect.

The accommodation was quite generous in size, very reasonably priced and quiet. The bed and other room furniture were more than adequate. Reception will provide a microwave on request. The motel was a few blocks from the main business & shopping district but was close to nice waterside parkland and great walks. Overall a pleasant surprise to find a motel offering a good well priced product. I highly recommend.

Spacious room with super comfortable bed and very quiet area. The bathroom is very clean with nice and hot shower, plenty of towels, shampoo, soap etc. The fridge keeps your drinks super cold and the TV screen is massive! Very friendly owner and staff members, I would definitely stay here again! A short walk to the beach and beautiful areas around, and walking distance to pubs and restaurants.
