I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful accommodation in Devonport, Tasmania. The house exceeded all my expectations—it was not only stunning but also impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity one could need for a comfortable stay. The self-check-in process was seamless and straightforward, making the arrival stress-free. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the lake, which added a serene and relaxing touch to the experience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I truly regret that I only had two nights to enjoy this wonderful place. If I ever return to Devonport, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway!

The property is easy to find, easy to check-in (it's automatic) and because we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment we parked 3 metres from the entry door. The bed was super comfortable and large, the apartment was very spacious, there was even Netflix available on the TV. The water is right up to the verandah, and you can either have all natural light from a huge number of windows, or close the blinds for darkness and privacy. This is an all around winner!

The only improvement I could think of would be having a pod coffee machine rather than a jar of instant coffee, but the cafre is a short walk across the carpark anyway, so....

A short 5 min drive from Spirit of Tasmania, situated on the waterfront, with fantastic views(would be even better if the weather was playing its part, mother natures fault, not property owners) great walking track along the waterfront, Cafe & mini golf on site. Spacious, tidy apartment with everything available to use, like home away from home. Super comfortable bed. Excellent lounge & dining area. Love the fact that it even provides Cling Wrap & Foil, even paper towel(alot of places DO NOT) Washing machine & dryer superb having to NOT take dirty laundry home.Fantastic walk in shower with a privacy glass door to the bathroom. This place is only a stones throw into heart of Devonport to pick up essentials OR Spreyton IGA the other direction which is also 5 mins more up the rd. Owners are very accomodating, we rang the day before to see if we could arrange a late check out due to weather conditions if our plans changed, this was not a problem.Very accomodating. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Quiet location with great views across the river. The apartments are very clean, modern, spacious and well-equipped. We had to move from a one-bedroom to a studio apartment after two nights as we weren’t able to book three nights in a row due to heavy bookings over a long weekend. The managers kindly made the move easy for us by allowing us late checkout from our old room while the one we were moving to was (spotlessly) cleaned. Great service. Highly recommend Waterfront Apartments as a place to stay in Devonport.

The property is located in a quiet area within walking distance to a cafe, mini golf course, and picnic area. The entire process to check into the apartment was seamless, parking is conveniently located directly in front of the property. The apartment is very well appointed, was very clean and it had everything I needed for cooking, relaxing and a good night's sleep, spacious living area with balcony and outdoor furniture. I would definitely staff again.

Loved this place! Comfiest beds on our whole trip around Tassie and the views of the river were beautiful. All the little modern features like zoned heating and cooling make it very comfortable. The frosted glass everywhere is impractical and not great for kids sleeping, but the comfy bed and pillows make up for it. Stayed here twice on our mini lap and it was hard to beat!

The rooms were very spacious and the location was perfect. The ensuite and bathroom were very spacious. Overall well maintained.

The TV in hall is old model and we werent able to watch netflix due to outdated settings. The internet connection werent that great for youtube streaming.Hand wash dispenser was missing. If these are addressed it would be more customer friendly.

WOW, how nice this was, room with a water view, we watched the tides go in and out. Bed and pillow was so comfortable, bathroom and kitchen everything you need. Short drive to Spirit of Tasmania for our venture home. Great way to end our stay, absolutely beautiful.

No complaints, we did want to use the hotplates to make breakfast but couldn't work out why they didn't work. Later that day noticed an on/off switch located on the wall. Simple really, silly us.

Our studio apartment was large and unlike the majority of small studio apartments we have stayed in. It was large, open plan, with a walk out decking area to sit and admire the lovely River views. Ultra modern - spotlessly clean and highly recommended. Nice cafe on site for coffee/breakfast too!

Excellent location and a beautiful property. It had all the amenities.

Cleanliness has been a big letdown. The toilets were soiled and I had to clean it. The backyard door was locked and I tried to call the management but no one bothered to return my call. We thought of relaxing in the riverfront but couldn’t do it. What is the point of staying in river front apartment when you can’t access it??
