looks like a fairly new caravan park , nice and neat , cabin was just what we needed . Bbq and laundry was right in front of cabins , bonus .1 minute drive to spirit of Tasmania. 100m to beach .

no trees , plants or shrubs , no privacy . The cabin we were in are in a big circle . If you sit on the front deck there is no privacy , everyone can see what you are doing . I prefer my privacy but to some people it wouldn't be a problem . Bit of a pretty ordinary area if you walk to ferry of a night , few undesirables hanging around on the walking track .

Staff were friendly and inviting, everything was cleaned extremely well and bed were soft, fresh, made well and tidy when we arrived. Our cabin neighbours were quiet and friendly, along with locals who always serve with a smile. could not recommend this place highly enough.

Plovers outside were around every corner especially close to the water and play area, ants inside (I only found 3 and they were in the bathroom not kitchen or bedroom - I doubt it’s a common occurrence)

I liked how the kitchen was fully set up with utensils and kitchenware. The children’s play area with the jumping pillow was fantastic. The twin bed was very comfortable.

I did find it to be a bit overpriced for a smaller family of 2-3. However I imagine it would be a lot better value for a bigger group with the costs divided further. The toilet had a strong urine smell for the duration of our stay, and there wasn’t any toilet gel or spray to fix it.

Close proximity to Devonport and the Spirit of Tasmania terminal. We checked in after hours and key collection from the secure box at reception was easy. The cabin was very clean and there was plenty of storage and closet hanging space for those with longer stays. The shower pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. The bed was like a soft cloud and the doona was lovely and warm and fluffy, not thin and sad like it can be at some places.

The accommodation was very nice. Our cabin was located in the first row from the sea, offering magnificent views. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. There is a large park and a path along the sea for walking. Additionally, there is an oven for pizza and a barbecue. The children's playground was nice as well. It take only 10 min to get CBD by car if you want to go to cafe or restaurant.

All was good.

The location against the coast was wonderful with the ability to watch the spirit of Tasmania come and go every day. As we enjoy ships this was most enjoyable. There are a number of walks to go on in the area of Devonport which was quite pleasing. The cabins are provided with full cooking facilities and separate bedrooms.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. We ended up staying an extra week at this park.

The photos on the website are accurate. We have stayed at so many places where the photos make the accommodation look so much better than reality. It looks spacious and clean - and it is. So central to everything but feels like it’s quiet and relaxing with a fabulous view. Our son loved the bouncy cushion right outside our window.

We weren’t able to stay longer.

The location was perfect. The facilities were clean and easy to use. The jumping pillow was a great activity for my kids ranging in ages 8-14. The staff in passing seemed friendly. Watching the spirit of Tasmania arrive in the morning was nice.

The split system heating/cooling was quite noisy, possibly needs a service or clean. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on/ or provided for either of the two top bunks.

Overnight stay before boarding Spirit of Tasmania. Neat little cabin located in a circle, decks face onto a grassed area. Great for kids. Lots of families playing ball games, nice vibe. Short drive to the ferry terminal in the morning. The park is located across the channel from the city, about a 10 minute drive away to main shopping and eating precinct.

The view and positioning is incredible. If you aren’t positioned with water views it was only a very short walk to be able to enjoy it with wide open spaces. Highly recommend, great area for kids with playground and a lot of fun to run wild. I enjoyed being on the other side less hustle and bustle but still very short drive to be able to enjoy what it has to offer.
