The staff were exceptionally friendly, the meal my husband & I had was very tasty, although my husband’s steak was undercooked for what he asked for so we just swapped meals, the portion size of the gummy was very small for the pricing. & the dressing on the salad was absolutely delicious & over all both tasted great

The bathroom was terribly dirty on the tiles in the shower, around the bathtub & the shower screen, the hotel shuts pretty early for a Saturday night

The hotel is close to the town centre and the restaurant on the ground floor has a wide range of scrumptious foods. The room was fitted out well with everything you'd need for a night or two. There were great views and the room was lovely and warm. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel, and we plan to return.

The bed was very hard (but I know that it would suit some people). The toilet didn't flush well. The towel rail fell off when hanging my towel up. I was informed that most rooms are being refurbished soon, so I'd say these will be fixed.

Loved the Microwave in room, restaurant, etc, gaming room all at location. Easy parking out the back.

I stayed on Saturday night, had a room facing the wharf/Bass Strait so if staying on a Saturday Night do ask for a town facing room when you check in, as noise from the Pub on the waterfront thumped until after 1.30am. Sunday night was a great night sleep though.

Very nice friendly reception staff and any staff we encountered in our stay whether at the bar and in the lifts were cheerful and engaging. Lovely close proximity to good restaurants. Iday Palace Indian was very good and so was the noodle shop a couple of doors up. This Hotel overlooks famous Bunny Island where black bunnies live happily on a traffic Island in the middle of town.

Staff great, facilities good. My room blew a fuse twice, which was not ideal when trying to get ready at 630am. I called reception once, they fixed the fuse, but happened again, dodgey lamp on the bed head was causing the fuse to blow. Reception closed still when we left so couldn’t inform anyone.

The hotel is just located opposite to McDonald's and next to Domino's. Which was a peace of mind during the Christmas break (you know, everything closing down except the 24hrs McDonald's). It's easy to walk to the shopping area, just 4 mins walk to Coles. The en-suite room was good which provides private bathroom, a mini bar fridge, cofy beds and well-worked air-con. I used the coin-operated laundry and found the laundry room was well decorated. Gym is definitely a PLUS for this lovely hotel. Staff were all helpful.

The TV turned on itself at the midnight on the first night... my friend was frightened so we unplug it for the second night.

Staff were fantastic, in room dining was tasty and great value, very convenient location with free parking. Only small downside was some sort of humming/engine noise at night, and beds weren't the comfiest, but we would stay again for the price :)

They made under cover parking available for all our motorcycles (x12) The lady at reception was very nice. Room had an interesting view over docklands and ocean; where I was able to view the sunrise. Mini bar items were also reasonably priced. There was the option to have a bath should I have chosen to. Very comfortable all up. Bar downstairs was convenient, and the actual location was central.

Not much, If I had to say..... the elevator is quite cramped but that's only nit picking.

Comfortable king bed, pillows and bedding. Continental breakfast was ordered and this was as expected. Convenient to have a restaurant downstairs.

There was a bedside table and lamp on only side of the bed. Staff in restaurant seems under trained as it took three of them to process a very simple order. Our meals were average.

The location was fantastic, and the room was so lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. The staff were great, they went out of their way to help accommodate you. Definitely would stay again 🙂
