An excellent apartment, well equipped kitchen, extra large bathroom with lots of bench space [very rare] The air-con was appreciated for heating, but being an old building with very high ceilings, it struggled a bit. We could easily have stayed here a few days, it had everything you need. We parked in front of the building to unload, then parked as requested around the corner, very simple. A positive and enjoyable stay.

Lots of noise from the railway siding across the road during the night, didn't worry my wife but I heard it often. Also the apartment is on the first floor, no lift, so some might struggle with luggage, didn't worry us.

A basic studio for one or two people on the street level. Location is perfect for access to everything you need. Parking is in the next street but not far - just around the corner. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower!

There’s a bar down the street and I stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Yahooing and yelling as they walked past the front door of the studio. 100% not the accommodation providers fault but something light sleepers need to know - buy earplugs - I did for the second night. I’ve stayed in the upstairs 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and you don’t hear this up there

Convenient location. Private, discreet. Close to food and shops. Comfortable furnishings including bed. Plenty of towels which is great as I have hair extensions and can use more some times! Couldn’t fault my stay.

This isn’t something that was of concern for me but I would like to point out for others that there are two sets of stairs to go up. Could be an issue for older people or anyone with mobility issues taking luggage up stairs. Car parking is around the corner in a safe car park but there is no on site parking. Again this was not a problem for me but could be for some.

Very modern apartment with everything you need. So close to everything, walking distance to shops. Once I got up the stairs into the apartment I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. I would highly recommend to others

I can't say i didn't like anything. I didn't read the property description and was a little upset that it had stairs. And that parking was not out the front but around the corner on the opposite side in a private car park where i could not see me vehicle. Just taught me to read booking.com better before booking

We loved the location. It is very easy to walk to get a variety of things to eat. The value of a 7 day stay in Burnie City Apartments absolutely could not be beat!!! There is a lot of space in apartment #2 to accommodate a family size of 4-6 people. Overall, it's just a great place to stay!

The beds are a little older but were not uncomfortable, and you definitely need to stagger bath/shower time so everyone has enough hot water. Overall, those things really did not impact our stay in a negative way at all.

View over the water, off-street parking, nice open space. Reverse cycle a/c, washing machine. Comfortable beds & nice linens. Really appreciated the good panel heaters in each bedroom on the cool night!

Had shampoo, but no conditioner for the shower, and no laundry detergent. Absolutely not deal breakers for us, just mildly inconvenient.

The size was great - loved being able to have a place that slept all six of us. The full size kitchen was great. it was clean and well presented. Nice and cosy. Great location

The jets in the spa bath didn't work. There were some random, weird, loud noises. Maybe the pipes? Possibly coming from an adjoining unit. Not too frequent to be a real bother.

Comfortable, modern, warm and cosy . Free carpark across and up the road a bit for your car. Free internet. Fridge and stove, oven and microwave available. Spacious unit with 2 bedrooms. Good shower pressure and temperature. Washing in bathroom if needed. Fairly central to banks and Chinese restaurant, dominoes and noodle place.

The stairs could be a bit of a problem with heavy luggage and my 80 yr old mum, but luckily we packed fairly light ly and we managed ok.

Location, cleanliness, secure and well provided kitchen.

Close to the port so some noise at night, blinds did not block out light so was awakened much earlier than we would have liked, no dishwasher and pillows were uncomfortable.

We were in apartment 2 and it is very spacious, modern and comfortable. Also very well equipped, sunny and bright. A very pleasant place to be, and in a great location. Finally this apartment was very reasonably priced.

The only downside to this apartment, and apartments 1 and 3, was the noise. We were in residence for two nights, and at 3 am on the first night the port commenced loading a cruise ship at the docks just across the road. We understand this issue only occurs when a cruise ship is in port. On the second night the people in apartment 1 were very noisy. But these difficulties were easily dealt with by earplugs.
