Room was very large and clean. The breakfast was great and I like that there was a variety in the food every day that I was there. The staff was very friendly and they gave me a complimentary item when I forgot. I also liked the location and they had plenty of dining options close by. The outside was very clean as well.

The gym was a little small and the equipment was a bit outdated. The bed wasn't too comfortable either but it worked.

Clean, well maintained, excellent staff, comfortable, modern, appealing, well furnished. Close to retail and grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. One of the best travel hotels around.

I loved everything about the property. The worst thing about it is that it’s in Hemet, but that’s not their fault (Hemet can be a little rough on the other side of town). That being said, I felt very safe here because they are always staffed and they have their security doors with keycard access.

I liked the staff they were fantastic. The place was clean inside and out. The breakfast was great, the exercise room was fantastic. Could have used some cleaner to clean the machines.

Wi-Fi password was not readily available. There was no information on it. I was in room 215 and it was loud. There were people in the lobby which was right next door that were laughing and having a great time while I was trying to sleep. At 10pm

We stay at Hilton Hampton properties when we travel and have yet been disappointed. Great facilities and always a hot delicious breakfast. This was a family trip and we stayed for 6 days. It served as our home away from home. Great memories!

The rooms had a musty smell.

Always clean. Breakfast is always good. Staff is very helpful and pleasant; especially Kristen. Kristen always greeted me with a smile and a kind demeanor. She was the classic front desk clerk, the perfect ambassador for their brand.

First thing I didn't like was the front desk lady she was acting so snobby..she wasn't polite didn't smile at all...she makes us feel uncomfortable 😖 Another thing I didn't like was the charge for one day they took $450from my bank for one night deposit was to high and didn't return it for a week 🥵

Very attentive staff. Well stocked with supplies, food for breakfast, maintenance well done. Kristin at front desk, and the night man, was helpful with whatever we needed.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Kristen and Kelly, with whom I had the most interaction, were helpful and courteous along with all staff. Housekeeping staff were all friendly and kept the facilities very clean. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. Towels were in supply for swimming.

My only complaint is there were no towel racks in the bathroom. We used the coat rack in the main room to hang our towels, but frequently we would forget to put them back in the bathroom when showering.

The breakfast was good got everything what we needed for breakfast and the locations was beautiful was close to mostly everything could walk to different stores and fast food.

Have no comment about what I didn’t like. Everything was wonderful it met up to my expectations.

It was clean, modern and relatively quiet. The breakfast was decent and met expectations. The bed was very comfortable.
