House keeping poor, towel quality in the rooms extremely bad, all tattered and torn. Restaurant was bad, no good choice on menu. No south Indian items. No dosa for breakfast. Sambhar very spicy inshort catering contractor needs to be changed. Security guards not attentive of how cars are parked in parking. Guards sitting and watching movies on video. Receptionist coughing profusely when we were checking in. Very unhygienic.

I dropped my wallet in the lift it had $2000 dollars in it on my first day .The staff of the hotel located me and return my wallet with all my money in it,The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much

Proximity to the Railway Station , just walkable distance from the Old Madgaon Rly Stn . Mr. Riju staff at hotel was courteous enough to arrange for an early check-in.

Drainage/Severage work was being carried out when we reached and drains were all opened up which caused us difficulties to move in with the luggage. But except that the stay was confy.

I liked the prompt support provided by the reception staff. My stay was for one-night. My train arrived at madgaon station at 20:30. I felt confident to walk over the bridge-walkway from platform 1 to the other side to hotel. I could order a lovely vegitarian meal from NavaTara, a local restaurant using Zomato delivery. There is an attached restaurant but it appears to have limited choice for vegitarians hence my use of Zomato-app. The bedding in the room had been washed and did remind me of railway bedding. There was kettle with coffee/tea/ sugar/milk sachets. There is TV and the air conditioning worked. The window faced the train station, so one can be disturbed by train horns etc. however it did not bother me. The hotel gave me a number for taxi and the drop to dabbling airport was Rs1200. The taxi driver was courteous.

Property is nice , staff also well behaved Breakfast was average, try eating meals from somewhere else as the food was not upto the mark, but the stay was nice and room was clean

Location of course, u need to have a vehicle all time because its just opposite to Madgaon railway station, you have nothing around, so to explore u need a car /bike to reach out

Great hotel, clean rooms, tasty food, very helpful and friendly staff! I am a big fan of trains, and the view from the room was a delight, it's right above Madgaon Railway Station. It is perfect hotel to stay at if you're visiting South Goa. Must try their Chana Masala, Chicken Tikka Biryani and Gulab Jamun. Special mention for Ratan from Tawa Restaurant, thank you for your help :D

It was a good place in a comfortable location close to the railway station and everything was close by

They could be more clean in hygiene there were too many small cockroach around. Tat only the bad point I seen inthe hotel rest I can rate very good for all restaurants straight below . Good food tood

I liked the room facilities, cleanliness and food in the hotel very much. Car arrangements for Goa site seeing were also arranged at reasonable rates

Comfortable, clean and within easy access to places that we wanted to visit.

Cleanliness in the washrooms could be better, especially the wall tiles, shower cubicle glass and corners . The bottom of the washbasin was leaking. The daily cleaning was being done quite well, but a periodic deep cleaning would be necessary.
