The owners were pleasant and helpful. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast and coffee was excellent.

The towels were a little on the tired side.

After booking 29 Well Street I had had second thoughts about the location of this property, being so close to the town centre. My fears were certainly unfounded, it was really quiet, no traffic or other noises and only birdsong to wake us up. Our stay here was amazing and I wish we could have stayed longer. Our ground floor room was really spacious and comfortable, the wifi was fast and free and I loved the bathroom and shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and had loads of options to suit all tastes. Dawn and Mark are great hosts and clearly love what they do, and my goodness, they do it so very well.

Only a minor thing but the pillows on our bed were a bit hard.

The location is excellent being in the middle of Moffat. The welcome for both us and our dog was great. We loved that our room had direct access to outside which is great for dogs. The breakfast was superb and our dog was blown away by her very own sausage! As dog friendly accommodation it was tremendous.

There is limited parking but we were lucky to find a spot close to the property. However there is nothing that the owners could do about this as the streets are so narrow.

The welcome you get from Dawn and Mark the owners is fantastic.They are really helpful and the nicest people you could ever meet.The house is very clean and comfortable.Breakfast is cooked to order and really good.The location is extremely handy for the town.Bedroom is very quiet and really comfortable.Dawn always has cup of tea and a piece of cake for us when we book in.Nothing is too much trouble for this couple.My partner and i would not stay anywhere else in Moffat.

Very homely - Mark and Dawn were perfect hosts and made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room had the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in - super king size. Dawn is ‘a baker and a maker’, we were able to sample homemade jams, chutneys and millionaire shortbread! The breakfast was immense also. All delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer!

While there’s no off street parking, we had no real issues finding parking close to the property.

Wonderful reception! We were given homemade millionaires shortbread and our host made us cups of tea. There was fresh milk in a flask not plastic pots and beariful homemade cookies. We had our labrador with us so we were given a downstairs room with easy access to the outside for her. The breakfast choice was amazing and the food was served piping hot - Jess had her sausage cut up for her. Absolutely the best b and B we have stayed in

Great location, friendly and informative greeting. ,Room nice and clean, owners thought of everything including storing my motorbike in their garage plus complimentary fresh milk and baked goods on arrival which was a nice touch. Owners were chatty and made my and my buddy feel really welcome, great nights sleep and lovely breakfast cooked fresh in the morning. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Small B&B in a lovely street. Everything was perfect during our stay. The rooms were very nicely decorated, very stylish with great attention to detail, we found a jar of homemade cookies in our room and the hosts provided homemade chocolate and cream shortbreads with milk when we checked in! Everything was perfectly clean and the hosts were very lovely people. It was a pleasure to stay in their place while we visitted the surroundings in this very nice area. I will definitely recommend it and will stay there again when I come back to Moffat :)

Very warm and friendly hosts, Mark and Dawn ensured our stay was perfect. Greeted with mugs of tea and homemade caramel slice, our very large room and ensuite were very comfortable and well equiped with those little extras that ensure a great stay, a jar of homemade cookies, 6 different teas, tissues, cotton balls, vanity packs in the bathroom, and a wealth of knowledge of the area, sights, walks, pubs and restaurants. Perfect position just a few doors from the main street. Would love to go back one day.

Characterful b& b with beautifully bright, clean and well equipped, modernly furnished rooms. Lots of lovely details - a welcoming text giving advice on location and parking, quality toiletries, fresh baked confections and a flask of chilled milk with the wide selection of teas and coffees. A fabulously varied breakfast selection provided by friendly and helpful hosts

Saggy mattresses weren't the comfiest.
