Bathroom heat leaking, don't have shampoo and soap handle on shower, the shower base is SO DANGEROUS, extremely slippery and no rubber mat for safety, towel clothesline and shower handle broken Over 15 flies on floor and seems that was done a really poor cleaning, I left more clean when I arrived, the heaters doesn't work well and the bulbs are too dark €10 of car parking €4.50 daily for a slow internet, shame Double mattress is very thin and soft, uncomfortable

Nothing. At least the stuff was responding in a reasonably timely manner.

Proximity of the building to the busy international load is just not acceptable. The cars were passing literally 5 meters away from our beds. Theee is no parking available except for tiny narrow garage underground. We were lucky there were not many cars during our stay, but I can't imagine your car survives without scratch when the garage is at least half full. The last bit not least, the appartment was missing pan and coffee maker.

Support via whatsapp was very helpful. Location with lots of green and a river.
