Cleanness and the small kitchen and with window. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also great, just a couple of minutes walking from the Central Station.

When taking a shower, the water splashed onto the floor outside the shower area. It’s better to have a curtain or something to isolate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom.

The breakfast and location was top notch, the staff were great, rooms were perfect. Being able to store luggage on day of leaving was great and simple. On day of leaving, we walked around town for the day and came to pick up our luggage at 6pm, on my suitcase was a jersey that I must have left in the apartment wardrobe, kindly discovered and matched up to my luggage, thank you to the staff member who found this.

On arriving, the staff member informed us that there is no smoking allowed in rooms, none of us smoke which is fine. We then entered our accommodation to a stench of cigarette smell in the apartment.

Clean and spacious rooms. Central location.

It is not their fault, but the surrounding streets are full of homeless people. It was extremely disturbing to walk there, or even leave the hotel in the morning. The hotel itself is an oasis in the middle of this chaos. I don’t understand why the municipality is not doing anything to those groups. Thus I would be careful to recommend the hotel to other travelers.

It is not a queen bed .. it is 2 single beds put beside each other Mattress is very very bad you fall from the side and in between the 2 beds .. really 3 nights of not good sleep at all My flight was at 7PM .. The night before requested a late check out at 3PM .. reception said of course it is with pleasure Then appears someone else from behind another hidden desk saying no no only 1 hour for free until 1 .. I asked how much to get 2 hours .. he replied in a rude way: any extra hour we will charge a full day to your card Next day in the morning were different people at reception, I asked again reply was 1 hour for free and next hour 20Euro. Once you get 3 different answers from 3 different employees, you are sure there is no policy and you are being cheated.

Location 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Restaurants and coffee shops just outside the hotel. Big shopping centre, MyZeil and Galarie, 10 minutes walk. The old city 10 minutes walk. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. No much noise from the street. Lift. Suitable for few days stay in Frankfurt.

There weren't enough equipment in the kitchenette and the fridge was very small. Not designed for a family and it's not suitable for people used to cook food home. The neighborhood on the right side crowded with people smoking weed and taking drugs. Little bit scary area, but luckily there were policemen all over the place to prevent any violence. We felt safe despite that because the door to the lift and hotel rooms can only open by the hotel card. The AC wasn't potent enough. It was a little bit hot during the night, were we use to close the windows to avoid the noises from the street.

The property is excellent value for money. It’s clean and comfortable and nice little touches like water in the room on arrival. There’s a tv etc and everything as described in the advert. Extremely close to station and loads of restaurants to choose from. Klosterhof was excellent.

There was a stench that came from the drains in the bathroom- it was the last day only although people we travelled with had mentioned they’d gotten it throughout the trip. The area is ok - definitely reflective of a budget hotel area although there are big hotel names in the area too like mercury/premier inn. There’s a lot of people who hang around near the hotel which can be a little off putting but to be honest there was no trouble at all. There’s some sort of erotica area one street away which we’d stumbled upon. Again, no distinct trouble but I did feel uneasy and lots of guys hanging around.

Close to the trainstation, and other stores. it was really clean and the personnels where really nice. The bathroom was very nice! Housekeeping was there every day to pick up used towels and make the beds. If I come back I will choose this hotell again!!!

The TV in our room didnt work, and the bar on the 1. floor was lack of staff so they didnt have open:(( We had the window open for like 5 min but had to close it because we sudden had a bunch of flies in our room. A bit shady streets around but it was ok.

The guy from the reception the day we checked in was very grumpy, almost rude. Very thin walls, we could hear guests from other rooms having sex. The mattresses were horrible, they both had holes in the center of the bed. We didn't have a double bed as we booked, just two separate beds aligned together in the center. Horrible pillows as well, very uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep at all. The walk in shower has only one glass wall, the bathroom is easy to get flooded.

Location was fantastic. Close to a train station, shopping malls, you could buy anything around. Location was close to everywhere. Apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. Also very modern. Apartment was cleaned everyday and 4 towels was given everyday. Air conditioner very cooling. A well sound proofed apartment and in a well secured environment. Above all, It’s highly affordable. I will surely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The kitchen wasn’t well equipped. The pot was so small and the only provided 1 but I was given another small pot upon request.

Unlike some of the bad reviews my room was completely normal, clean, and in working order, no bad smells etc. Good value for money. For those who need to leave early on the train, perfect location.

Nothing. The area is generally dodgy (just next to red light district, a lot of homeless people) but the street where the entrance is located is not particularly dangerous, I knew the area, so it was fine but if you arrive without any idea and not used to the kind of place typical of near the station, you might be a bit shocked.
