Cleanness and the small kitchen and with window. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also great, just a couple of minutes walking from the Central Station.

When taking a shower, the water splashed onto the floor outside the shower area. It’s better to have a curtain or something to isolate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom.

The breakfast and location was top notch, the staff were great, rooms were perfect. Being able to store luggage on day of leaving was great and simple. On day of leaving, we walked around town for the day and came to pick up our luggage at 6pm, on my suitcase was a jersey that I must have left in the apartment wardrobe, kindly discovered and matched up to my luggage, thank you to the staff member who found this.

On arriving, the staff member informed us that there is no smoking allowed in rooms, none of us smoke which is fine. We then entered our accommodation to a stench of cigarette smell in the apartment.

It is not their fault, but the surrounding streets are full of homeless people. It was extremely disturbing to walk there, or even leave the hotel in the morning. The hotel itself is an oasis in the middle of this chaos. I don’t understand why the municipality is not doing anything to those groups. Thus I would be careful to recommend the hotel to other travelers.

For the price this was a really excellent hotel, beds, bathroom and surfaces were all very clean. The bed was the single most comfortable I have ever slept on, it was super soft (so I suppose if you like a really firm bed this may be a negative for you). Having a fridge and small kitchenette was also very handy. Shower was a lovely large rain shower and absolutly spotless. The area the hotel is in is a little run down but does have some excellent resturants and street food nearby so its a compromise I'd happily make again as the room was still quiet and felt very safe once inside. The hotel is also only a very short walk to frankfurt main and 15 minutes from the main tourist area so honestly it's ideal. Staff member at reception was friendly and honestly don't have anything I would say needed improvement.

Staff both day and night were super good. Rooms had all we needed, the little kitchen had all the utensils, beds were super comfortable, not sure why people dont like soft beds, they were great. The food options were great. Now I read reviews about the area, honestly we arrived around afternoon time and streets had lots of people so you dont really feel unsafe. And even when we went for dinner. I think if you remain slightly cautious, you will be alright.

It is not a queen bed .. it is 2 single beds put beside each other Mattress is very very bad you fall from the side and in between the 2 beds .. really 3 nights of not good sleep at all My flight was at 7PM .. The night before requested a late check out at 3PM .. reception said of course it is with pleasure Then appears someone else from behind another hidden desk saying no no only 1 hour for free until 1 .. I asked how much to get 2 hours .. he replied in a rude way: any extra hour we will charge a full day to your card Next day in the morning were different people at reception, I asked again reply was 1 hour for free and next hour 20Euro. Once you get 3 different answers from 3 different employees, you are sure there is no policy and you are being cheated.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Frankfurt Central Station and close to all major restaurants and amenities. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, TV, microwave, induction cooktop, and cooking utensils. I really appreciated the convenience and functionality of the space. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Frankfurt—especially for those who value both comfort and prime location!

Location 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Restaurants and coffee shops just outside the hotel. Big shopping centre, MyZeil and Galarie, 10 minutes walk. The old city 10 minutes walk. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. No much noise from the street. Lift. Suitable for few days stay in Frankfurt.

There weren't enough equipment in the kitchenette and the fridge was very small. Not designed for a family and it's not suitable for people used to cook food home. The neighborhood on the right side crowded with people smoking weed and taking drugs. Little bit scary area, but luckily there were policemen all over the place to prevent any violence. We felt safe despite that because the door to the lift and hotel rooms can only open by the hotel card. The AC wasn't potent enough. It was a little bit hot during the night, were we use to close the windows to avoid the noises from the street.

The property is excellent value for money. It’s clean and comfortable and nice little touches like water in the room on arrival. There’s a tv etc and everything as described in the advert. Extremely close to station and loads of restaurants to choose from. Klosterhof was excellent.

There was a stench that came from the drains in the bathroom- it was the last day only although people we travelled with had mentioned they’d gotten it throughout the trip. The area is ok - definitely reflective of a budget hotel area although there are big hotel names in the area too like mercury/premier inn. There’s a lot of people who hang around near the hotel which can be a little off putting but to be honest there was no trouble at all. There’s some sort of erotica area one street away which we’d stumbled upon. Again, no distinct trouble but I did feel uneasy and lots of guys hanging around.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Close to shops, train, five minutes walk by car. The room was clean, room service every morning and I really liked my stay at this hotel. The reception had nice people even though the check-in was at 3pm o'clock and we arrived early in the morning at 11am The guy let us check in at 11 o'clock at no extra cost. Highly recommend this hotel for those who are planning to fly to Frankfurt soon
