I like the location. It is in a quiet street. A market and some stores and restaurants are around the corner. Going anywhere else, the Grabcar service or motorbike service are easy options to use. The staff is friendly, the room is clean. They let people be. Room cleaning can be asked at almost anytime. It feels safe and peaceful here. It is my 10th time returning here. I prefer staying here than in the expensive hotels. In those places, it might be feeling more luxurious, but i dont think it is worth it if i compare it to the Hub. Over time, i have seen the Hub making improvements to make it better, considering critical reviews.

Airconditioning is maybe a bit loud, but i had that in hotels as well. And you do hear traffic outside. So maybe the doors can be a bit more soundproof for sound from the big street.

Very near the bus stations bound to Batangas

I like how the staff are very accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. They also provided us with supplies like water and freshly brewed coffee which was really good. The room was cozy, modern, very clean, and smelled so good and well-maintained. I like how the area is quiet and accessible to the airport, and other destinations. Traffic is not also heavy in the area.

They should have bigger signage, we were quite lost when we first arrived since their signage is quite small. The staircase from our loft is steep and small which is difficult to bring up and down our heavy luggage and can be unsafe if there are kids. Other than that, The Hub District is worth its price.

Room is nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom was also pretty clean and tidy. Overall, no complaints about room cleanliness and presentability. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating and the food choices, although limited, is pretty good.

Each bed should've come with a thicker blanket/comforter and two pillows from the start. We had to ask for a thicker blanket and an extra pair of pillows. The light over the table and entrance area could've also been brighter. But overall, I believe these are very minor quibbles

The staff was very accommodating and assisted us with our arrival. The street was under construction, but they provided a shuttle service to transport us and our luggage, even just a few meters from the main street. All the staff was very friendly and helpful despite some of them not understanding very well some requests. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it even offered Netflix. The garden was lovely.

More care should be taken with staff noise in the early morning hours (not in the city itself, but in the hotel itself) since everything can be heard inside the room due to the proximity of the common areas to the rooms.

This place surprised us. Everything was very nice and clean. Rooms are modern, private bathroom, outside seating that makes you feel like you really are on a holiday despite you being in the middle of Metro Manila. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be coming back. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had some left over food from a restaurant we brought back, they were happy store it in their staff fridge and even gave us their staff plates and cutlery and served it to us the next day. They didn’t let us help clean up haha. Most accommodating and very hospitable.

Nothing to fault

Serenity within the city. You will not feel you’re in Buendia. Clean and comfortable stay. They also offer breakfast that comes with unli coffee.

The door should be shut properly and double check before leaving coz it doesn’t locked well if you gently close the door. They have a space for parking but limited and could not fully accommodate wide cars.

The intention for this stay was be close to the airport. Yet, it still takes 30 mins to get here because of traffic for most portion of the day. In saying that, most of the locations we wished to explore were 20-30 min drives away. Easy use of grab pick ups. Location is also within walking distance to westernised fast food restaurants (kfc, mcdonalds, 7/11) and a market. The stay was wonderful, the girls were so kind and gave us a few tips for the local area. Communication is on point, you can go to the front desk and/or text the manager by WhatsApp with fast response. The room was clean, had great aircon and showers are instantly warm/hot. Make sure to purchase breakfast within your booking, the chefs made a wonderful, yet simple breakfast to start the day. Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here a few nights.

Rooms are near european standard, big shower, big bed, outside a nice small garden with seatplaces. Personal are round at the clock reachable. Sry for our late checkout :)

Missing a small swimming pool or Jaccuzi. Missing a little more service like for asking if we needed something or if it needed to clean our room. We had to ask for fresh towels or anything but after asking we became instandly all what we needed.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the The Hub District Garden Suite! Our booking was very last minute but the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. Plus, free wifi! We did not have breakfast our first morning but for our second the food was very tasty and well presented. We felt very safe and secure during our stay. The garden courtyards were lovely and quiet. We would definitely return to The Hub Garden District Suite for our next stay in the area!
