Beds were very comfortable. breakfast was amazing. Staff very accommodating

No coffee maker in the rooms. The step up into the room needs to have a safety strip. It is not visible and my cousin fell tearing up his knee and elbow

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and super friendly and accommodating. It was quiet since it was low season, the beach was incredible and the pool was perfect. The free breakfast was delicious! Probably my favourite part 🤗

I booked a cuádruple room upon arrival it wasn’t ready so they gave us a double room at that point I was told that there wasn’t such a thing cuádruple room but if I wanted a triple room we had to wait until next day we waited the next day I had to pay extra for it, so I am not happy at all because I reserved the best room available. I was told by Francisco that you will reimburse me. I don’t understand why I had to pay extra upon arrival I didn’t want my vacation to be ruined but I believe that I should have gotten what I paid for

They had air conditioners. The pool is nice, good size room, comfortable beds,

The ac leaked water on the floor asked people in the front but they never went to look at it.

This was an Amazing Real True Paradise Stay! All pictures posted in booking.com are real, the beds are comfortable, the room is clan, quiet and safe! The Staff was very attentive and helped us with TV control and channel guiding. The swimming poo is breath taking, at night has blue lights that makes it look more beautiful! The pool has open walk and view to the beach. The onsite restaurant has delicious breakfast and provided us with room service. This hotel is near the malecon, close to La Tovara to see the Alligators, near las Islitas where they serve seafood dinning next to the beach. Also close distance to where the make the famous banana bread and coffee. Yummy

All my family is an Animal Lover, it really hurt us seeing a cat meowing it seems it was in pain. His face was swollen and seemed scratched up.

The view was beautiful and everything was so clean. Staff was attentive and polite. The beach was walking distance and we were close enough to site see.

Breakfast was good. I only had one day's breakfast, because I was unaware it was included. Moreover, I was on a birding trip and had to leave at 6:00 AM

The hotel personnel would recognize birder's needs and better signage for the hotel.

Breakfast was really bad. No fruit, no tortillas. Could be better. I believe it was a bit pricey. Pillows and blanket are made of poliester therefore not very fresh.

The onsite restaurant is super delicious! My only slight complaint is that the portion sizes are a little small. Front desk staff very lovely. We booked a last minute get away, and it was a great choice, great price point, simple rooms, on site restaurant and beachfront property. Just what we were looking for. Bonus - they have kayaks that you can just grab and borrow for a little sea kayaking. So great!

The wifi really isn't that great if you need it for work reasons. We had a couple issues due to that, but besides that, it's a wonderful place to stay driving distance from Guadalajara.
