The place was nice. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and scenic beauty. The amenities were a pool, bar, parking, restaurants close and a convenience store. The staff were attentive to ensure a comfortable stay. The property was well-maintained, clean, and felt inviting from the moment we arrived. I particularly appreciated the easy check in. I would recommend this property.

While the property offered many excellent amenities and an ideal location, the dining experience was disappointing. The food quality did not meet expectations, particularly the chicken burrito, which fell short in flavor and overall preparation. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was notably slow, with extended wait times of over 40 minutes to be served. This detracted from the overall experience and is an area that could greatly benefit from improvement.

Our room had a big window with a great view. It also had a decent-sized balcony. Our room was #27. Comfortable bed.

No elevator. Or room was on the 4th floor. The room was very small. No coffee is available until around 8:15 am. We spent a lot of time indoors due to the tiny mosquitoes that bite you, they come out around 5:30 pm, so having the big window was extra special to see the sunset.

Beach is very nice and was deserted;) Beach club food was awful. Music was excessively loud so we had to leave that area. Good breakfast in the main building.

Music was insanely loud, even with hardly anyone there. No wonder... everyone sane left. Food at the beach club area was honestly the worst for us. And we have been living for 10 years in Mexico.

The hotel and staff we're great. Make sure you stay in the new wing. About 15 min. from San Blas Beach club drinks and service was good but the sand fleas were terrible. Hard to be outside at sunset. Bring lots of bug spray and use it. Breakfasts were good but main food service ends at 6pm in the beach club. Hotel food service after that not great. Baos hotel is safe and comfortable.

Room was good. Food very good. Clean, friendly staff. Well organized and layed out.

A few truck-loads of graclvel for the driveway. Spray for insects (mosquitos, and gijenes--similar to mosquitos but smaller).

Stunning property with 2 pools, beachfront bar and lots of other nice amenities.

Sand flies and mosquitoes we’re wicked! Couldn’t even be on the beach sadly. Not their fault.

You have access to the beach. The beach club is nice.

In the evening towards the end of the day, there is a stench from a water treatment facility which is beside the property.

Breakfast was good, location is good too, away from city, just the locals on noisy motorcycles going by.

The drinks. Piña colada was weak and the bar tender didn't know how to make a mai tai.

Everything experience was Amazing easy checking/checkout process, staff really helpful.
