This was our first visit to San Blas, and we didn't know what to expect from the town. The hotel is on a dusty street, but inside the walls is a tropical paradise. The walk to Centro takes only a few minutes, and a few minutes more to the muelle. The photos of the hotel were spectacular, but they did not do justice to its beauty, cleanliness, comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and bright, with very comfortable beds and top quality bathroom facilities and air conditioning. It opened onto a grand balcony overlooking the lush patio and cascading pools. The hosts Sara and Alberto welcomed us two hours early, recommended a wonderful restaurant on the river, and saw to our every comfort. Parking is on the barely paved street in front of the hotel, but we did not feel any concern leaving our car there.

Nothing could have been better. It was perfect. Well, OK, we did buy insect repellent coils at the Bodega Aurrera around the corner.

No breakfast, but nespresso coffee and filtered water. Rooms are large, quite new and clean. The pool and patio area makes for a comfortable space to relax provided other guests are quiet and respectful. Fully walled from the surrounding neighbourhood, it is like a garden oasis, and it helps to reduce noise, although many barking dogs in the area can be a bother at times.

Poor ventilation in room if the door is closed, and smoke/noise entered room if door left open.

Pretty new and upgraded tiling. Shower was very nice. Clean property.

Both ceiling fans had issues. One wouldn’t work at all. The other made a noise no matter the speed it was run on. Both should be replaced. Two frosted windows in main room lack curtains. Street lights wouldn’t allow room to get dark at night. The night we stayed was noisy. Had no idea is was bike week in San Blas. Motorcycles firing up their engines all throughout parts of the night. Not the fault of the property though.

The privacy once inside the location, how clean it is and the large roomy rooms. The pool was perfect place to end a hit day. Location is just blocks from center of town,. Parking - we parked on. Street with no problems, safe with easy access.?

Nothing not to like, Pancho is an excellent host.

What a nice place! Beautiful and clean, we were very comfortable in our room on the second floor and enjoyed the awesome pool with a good complimentary espresso. We were only in San Blas one night but I almost wanted to stay more just to enjoy this nice hotel. I highly recommend!

Maybe add a hook or two around the room to hang the towels?

Beautiful, quiet hotel with spacious rooms. Everything was great except the fact that they didn't seem to have staff around to help or answer questions. I had to pound on the door to get let in and check in. It could have been more welcoming in that regard. Also, the bed was very hard and I woke up with terrible back pain. Good value for the price though

Beautiful property and great location. Our host Francisco was very accommodating and gracious.

Only thing that would have made it perfect was a small fridge and a few utensils in the room. Otherwise it was all we needed.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean

Stairs. I was travelling with my parents (95 and 90) and it was a little difficult for them you use the stairs

It was good, comfortable and well located

Some of the other guests were smoking tobacco and weed so it was bad to smell, but overall it was good

Close to town and beautiful inside the walls. It looked daunting when we first saw the gated walls but inside was beautiful. We also felt very safe.
