The person who checked us in was professional and gave us all the information we wanted regarding breakfast details, parking, etc. Our room was easy to locate. We stayed one night, June 8,2024.

The next day, we went to the lobby to get coffee. The urn ran out so I asked the desk clerk/night auditor (~6:30 AM) if she could replace it. She did grudgingly, which gave me the impression that she was not happy to do this. When she did replace the coffee urn, We noticed that she was wearing sweatpants, not dress pants. The bed was firm, so people who like firm beds should be pleased with the beds here.

Staff was informative and friendly. Liked that laundry facility was on property. Had an issue with a water leak in bathroom and front desk notified maintenance who arrived promptly to assess. Room was spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

The water leak in bathroom could have been resolved during our stay. Still remained an on going issue. No pool. During our stay record heat🥵 Breakfast was lacking.

My husband stayed at the hotel (I booked the hotel for him). He was there for two weeks, and loved the fact that upon request, he was able to get kitchen utensils so that he could cook his meals.

My husband was in AZ to pack and ship some of our belongings that were located nearby, to our current location. He noted the lack of carts that were available at the hotel for him to move cartons from his room to the car, as well as his luggage.

Location is great.

I don’t like that they kick you off the internet at 10am when checkout is at 11. It’s difficult to extend your stay or correct any issues if you require WiFi. I wasn’t allowed to use the internet here even though I was extending my stay so I had to walk to another business to use their WiFi so I could check in to use the hotel WiFi again. It took almost an hour to make a single online correction needed to check in and it seemed ridiculous.

The staff. The complimentary breakfast which consists of coffee, muffins, nutrigrain bars, and hot water for Oatmeal, hot chocolate, or teas which are all provided in small packets.

The price. Other places were around $30 less for the same type of room. (No complimentary breakfast but that would've been okay)

The staff is wonderful. I'm a recent amputate and they are so good with helping me out. I recommend it. Monica is a front desk agent and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I appreciate her.

I didn't have my dog with me and they love dogs. Dogs are allowed I just didn't have her with me.

Joe, the on-site handyman was there at our door on a mo ments notice to fix the broken curtain rod, the broken tub drain and the broken toilet roll roller thingy

Staff was so helpful and kind. Kathy is always going the extra mile to make my stay great.

Elevator has been broken for months. I can takes stairs well with a bone disease in my legs. It was broken in August when I stayed there and it has been fixed for my trip of October.

I like Nate at the front desk. He is great, he knows how to treat a customer right. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Plus, he loves dogs 🐕 ❤️

The rooms don't always seem clean. Mainly the floors and bathtub Everything else is great!

it was like an apartment away from home nice clean rooms and staff was very accommodating

The fact that after I’d been here couple days went to use the stove top and wouldn’t get hot and the microwave didn’t want to heat up either and then there’s what they called breakfast not too appetizing was small assortment of flavored muffins in fact only two then there was packaged oatmeal plus coffee and hot chocolate no juices
