Nice balcony, decent location (although a good 15-20mins walk from Colico train station), very cooperative and kind host (Pamela and the family)

No iron, no kettle in rooms (although Pamela provided hot water when needed), WiFi disconnected for 1 of the nights due to a technical fault

• A very interesting shape of the building is hexagonal, like a spider web or a honeycomb. I was always interested about this form created by Nature seemed to me stronger than ordinary parallelepipeds created by people for my opinion and I had the opportunity to be inside in such solution brought to life. • I have only pleasant impressions of staying here. Senoritas, if you are reading my feedback - big hearty hello from Ukraine!!! 💙💛 ❤️🤍💚🤗 A very welcoming and friendly mamma lifted my spirits after a few minutes of communication with her after my long and an exhausting trip from Bergamo. •The room is not large but modest and cozy for one person. The room has almost everything except a hairdryer. There are free WiFi but not fast. Looking ahead, most likely it will be impossible for an XL person to take a shower except to act as a sentry guard. And so in the room there is a table, snow-white towels, good quality shower accessories, an adjustable heating radiator in the room and bathroom, and hot water. I would especially like to thank the owners for the comfortable bed. It’s beyond words, you’re just sleeping on a cloud. Very comfortably. • The breakfast was classic and very tasty, but I was in a hurry to get to the early morning 8:15 train, so I couldn’t enjoy the food, I had to hurry. Special thank you that you don't cheat with breakfast like someone in other hotels.

Comfortable, simple hotel, but clean. Very nice staff. Extensive breakfast. The hotel is located on a Colico exit road, not really close to the center, but reasonably close to a great surfing beach with a nice terrace and restaurant, also nice for non-surfers.

The hotel is located on a rather busy road but after one night we were allowed to move to a quiet room at the back, very nice

The staff is so polite and cute. The hotel is perfect for it's price. I really recommend staying here if you want a day trip to lake Como because it's near Varena and you will skip the crowd in train that goes to Milano. The room was clean, and the view at snowy mountains was amazing.

I didn't like the heavy keys of the room haha. Everything was really great considering the price.

Really good place to stay in Colico! The lady at the reception was very friendly and accommodating, communication was on point, always got a quick response. The location is good, a 15 minutes walking distance from Colico train station, and close to the shore of the lake and many retaurants and attractions. The breakfast was the best, this family run place was excelent best service and super kind hosts. We will definelty come back next time we are in Lake Como.

Friendly staff, a great free breakfast (yogurt, fruit, croissants, coffee machine, fruit juice) and wonderfully clean. It’s an old hotel and a walk from the centre of Colico, but perfect for our one night stay. It has a certain charm about it with the post-modern bar area!

Nice breakfast but very limited options - mostly sweet. Excellent personnel and good location with nearby train station, shops, and restaurants

I had a room on the second floor and it was unbearably hot inside, even with balcony doors open wide i was sweating inside all the time. Quite noisy in the morning as big lorries parks behind the hotel.

The hotel has all what is needed, cozy safe building, nice equipments and standard furnitures, clean and tidy, each room with a balcony. The shower is good, cafeteria has various supply. The location is very near to the train station and city centre while also having the mountains as background, a convenient stroll no matter by foot or by car. Most importantly the owner lady is kind and caring, offering guides and extra comfortableness. We love having breakfast here. Personal experience is great!

The direction of some rooms are facing to the road which can be loud sometimes but the price is offsetting the conditions.

Good value for money; Due to the fact that the reception would have been closed by the time we arrived, they left the key with a message for us in order to ve able to enter the room. The host was very considerate and kind to us and made us feel like home.

Don’t have amy complaints

Very helpful staff, good breakfast, available parking, good location - easy access from main road, but within a walking distance to Colico center and railway station. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
