LUGGAGE STORAGE Yes, they have a big place to store of you need, after a check-out or even if you come to earlier for your check-in. BEREAKFAST Yes, they sell for 9€ and it's 8 to 12 a.m. Very good! LOCATION: - Center: 40 min walking to the center - Park: 3 min walking, good for exercises, picknick, seat and chill, etc - Library: 15 min walking to the Library Neustadt if you need to study. - Food: It's an amazing location, there is everything around 10 min walking and more affordable prices than the center. You find easy places to eat for 5 to 8 €. - Night Life Around: A lot of Bars around, and you can always join the people in the hostel to organize something together. PLACE TO STUDY INSIDE THE HOSTEL Yes, there is a table in the common area and couches, but it's a small space, so if there is a lot of people can be loud and uncomfortable. STAFF Very good team, they are daily organizing things for the guests, amazing! Always check the blackboard in the reception. KITCHEN There is Boxes to store your food, Common fridge and everything you need if you cook. SAFETY Around the area, I felt pretty safe even walking alone during the evening. A few lockers are broken or not good designed, so a person with bad intentions can easy open. Just choose a good locker.

Loved the cozy vibe staff & volunteers were great! The evening activities and and even the free dinner one night was a great touch. Free tea/coffee anytime was great. Beds were comfy, but a bit squeaky and the pillows a bit lumpy but fine. Privacy curtains, own charge point and light at each bed. Large enough lockers. Hair dryers in the rooms and bathrooms very handy. Showers were hot and plenty of power ans clean. Great place to stay and would stay again.

Bathrooms were shared obviously, but there isnt really enough for everyone. We were on 3rd floor but did have access to 1st floors which helped. Only other thing was musty smell on the whole of level one, but wasnt terrible, think having a few open windows would help.

Everything was perfect! A special shoutout to Louisa—she went above and beyond when I had an early morning hike planned, offering to prepare breakfast 30 minutes earlier than usual. Such a thoughtful gesture that I’ll never forget—thank you so much! Christmas Eve at the hostel felt so warm and homely. The volunteers cooked dinner for us, and we made crepes together. Some even shared Christstollen and Taiwanese candies. It was such a heartwarming experience! This made my trip to Europe truly unforgettable, with Dresden being the absolute highlight. I’ll definitely return in the future!

The service was excellent. The staff were kind and accomodating, and free daily snacks were provided, though they were very limited in quantity. The common area was immaculately decorated and incredibly cute. The bathrooms were well kept and clean. The beds had curtains on them which is a godsend for light that many hostels don't allow for.

The location of the hostel, while not bad, is far from the old town and center of dresden. If you like walking, or don't mind the tram, its not of much consequence. And the Neustadt station is nearby. The pillow, like many hostels i feel i stay in, is simply of horrible quality, and calling it a pillow would be generous. I don't understand why the thing most hostels skimp on, is half decent pillows and large enough quilts. I could buy the cheapest pillow at a Primark and it would be of better quality.

Absolutely perfect stay :-) Possibility to leave your bags before check in Lovely area around - vibey, good dining options, a lot of street art Comfortable beds (and stable, not swaying when going up) Each bed had curtain, bedlamp, plug, small shelf and a locker. Everything I would need Clean working bathrooms (on floor 2 toilets & 2 showers - and we never had to wait) Fully stocked kitchen (plenty plates, pans, 2 guest fridges... All in good condition) Soft and comfy armchairs and sofas A lot of activities offered, from free dinner, karaoke, walking tours ... My sister and I cannot think of one thing that wasn't perfect. It's a viby hostel (not generic one) that we, who don't like socializing after a tiring day, enjoyed.

If you're the kind of traveller who enjoys socialising with vagabonds, adventurisers and friendly locals then this is the place to be. Frankly speaking, I felt nothing but positive vibes here from the start until I left. Sadly I couldn't add on those two extra days of my Dresden trip at Lollis because the hostel was fully booked. So what can you expect when you check in at Lollis? ✅ A warm, friendly welcome from the hostel staff who will gladly offer you a brief tour of the place and show you how to use the 'magic key'. ✅ Daily events organised by the property. ✅ A groovy exotic dorm with your fellow travellers, with metal lockers for your valuables and possibly a balcony too. ✅ Weekly communal dinners to mingle with all those singles (although I suggested an idea I experienced in Barcelona how to make it a daily event 😉). ✅ The lush freshness of the Alaunpark awaits you a few metres away where you can enjoy beverages and snacks with your homies on the grass. ✅ Upon checkout you'll receive warms hugs and a complementary postcard featuring some surrealist artwork about Dresden. I still cherish mine next to me here, and as promised it shall be preserved in a frame.

I had the best time at Lollis. Their delightfully vibrant spaces and wonderful staff and volunteers have created a safe space for travellers from all over. I loved the activities planned for guests, and the facilities are clean and cosy. This is the best place to meet people if you are travelling and looking for your tribe. I was sad to leave, but ever thankful for the people I crossed paths with and new memories we made together!

Nothing to comment. Just remember to bring a lock to keep your valuables safe as the rooms don't provide locks!

Very homely in an old fashion hostel style - ie it doesn't have 200 beds, has an actual kitchen and an actual lounge and people actually talk to each other. Friendly, cosey, and though the location is a fair walk to Hbf, it is close to Neiustadt and is in such a fun part of town, that I would totally recommend it

Their bunkbeds are designed for children, not adults - I mean come on, owners, try actually sitting on one of the bottom bunks! Oh, yeah, and the bed curtains fall off super easily. That's it

Location is good - close to the tram stop, room is super basic but has everything you need if you backpacking and travel cheap way. Toilets and shower are very clean, room is good. I even had a small sink it the room, this helped a lot!

Room was rather clean but it can be cleaner, steps upstairs are not very clean and dining area is not very clean. Everything is old and even if it is clean it doesn't look like it. So to understand that tables are clean you really need to look carefully. Some chairs have dirty spots and it's very unpleasant to sit on them.

A wonderful hostel! The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the common areas, including the unique rooms, are truly special. The hostel fosters a collaborative atmosphere, creating a small, welcoming community. They offer free dinners twice a week and always have complimentary coffee and tea available. Environmentally conscious, they provide a breakfast with numerous vegan options, which was delicious! The rooms are distinctive, and the overall ambiance is positive and homey. Deserves 5 stars!

Perhaps the street was a bit noisy on Saturday night, but with the windows closed it's not a problem. However, in the summer, I recommend bringing a pair of earplugs.
