A wonderful place, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The suite was spacious, and we loved the balcony and the beautiful sea view. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very service-minded. There was unlimited water, and the staff made sure we always had plenty in the room. The pool area was lovely, and the loungers were very comfortable. The pool staff were very attentive, and we were served cold water. The complex is in a great location, very close to many restaurants, and it's a beautiful walk to get to them. Having a butler we could contact at any time was fantastic, and help was always immediate. The staff came to the room several times a day. Breakfast was delightful, and it was great that we could also order from the menu. The coffee was good, and the atmosphere during breakfast was cozy and pleasant. There are several restaurants at the hotel—we only tried Ahwet Zeitouna, which was absolutely amazing and offered a beautiful view. We had a washing machine in the suite, which made it easy to do laundry, and the hotel provided detergent

We had booked a suite with a kitchen so we could prepare some snacks ourselves. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the kitchen was almost empty—there were only two forks, two knives, two spoons, two cups, and two plates. There was an oven, toaster, and similar appliances, but no dishcloths or dish soap. We found it a bit odd that there weren’t more items available to actually prepare a proper meal. That said, we contacted the butler, who was very service-minded. He asked what we needed, and it didn’t take long before they brought us the items we were missing. Still, we would have appreciated it if the kitchen had been better equipped from the start.

Everything amazing, location and the stuff.. I have to say thank you for the reception lady..Deepa .. she is polite and nice person quick check in less than five minutes.. the food dinning was delicious and fast service…I will come back again..

The breakfast area was good decoration but the food was decent.. not much alternative.. and there is no soul of Qatar cuisine culture.. I wish if can create items with more quality menu .. so I didn’t like any food there at all… I went to nearest restaurant and I took some food…

We had an amazing three-night stay at this hotel. Our suite had a stunning sea view, and we loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, just soaking it all in. The room was spacious, super comfy, and had everything we needed. What really stood out was the artsy vibe throughout the hotel. All the creative pieces around the place gave it such a cool and unique feel. Big shoutout to the staff—they were so friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with in both English and Arabic. All in all, it was a peaceful and luxurious escape, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Great location and excellent staff. So helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and plenty of restaurant nearby to enjoy. Definitely worth visiting

The only issue we had was with the main lobby restaurant the service was so slow. We ordered some breakfast and it took them over 20 mins to get some toasts. By the time the bread came the entire breakfast was cold.

It was a very nice room with many features. It made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Including great bathrooms and beautifully architected bedrooms.

The rooms are really large, nice furniture and huge balcony. Nice big bathrooms, extra toilet for guests. Top notch toiletries / bathroom amenities. Lots of complimentary water in the room.

The lights around the dining area were a bit too dim… our one bedroom residence did not have a microwave or any cooking utensils despite having such a large kitchen. We asked for a microwave but were told that there were none to give. So it was a big inconvenience because we had children. We couldn’t cook, and we couldn’t even warm up the takeout we were buying. All we could do in the kitchen was make coffee. Also wished that our room could have had both a tub and a shower.

Absolutely stunning location and the entire setting. Detached resort in the middle of the city with great pools and food venues. Nice people all over. Great price/quality overall

Few items: 1) drain in one of the bathrooms was not functioning properly (smell/little flooding). 2) There is full kitchen, but not a single item to actually use it - even cutlery is lacking, not even speaking of dishes etc. However, yes - there were some glasses for all occasions. 3) I personally missed a proper bar. There are nice places to eat/drink, but kind of needed a simple bar for beers. Not that it is critical, but …

I loved the family swimming pool being heated to 33°C for the early morning swim for my three year old as the air temperature was chilly in February- all the pools were at a different temperature. The kids club was also very popular with our 3 yr old especially after trips out to give his mum and myself a rest ( if under 4yr old one parent must stay ….. a good rule )

The staff were so friendly, the rooms were very comfy and the amenities were fantastic. We went in low season, so it was extremely quiet - but the staff were really pleasant, professional and attentive. The dining choices were also superb! An incredible menu

The building layout, can be a bit confusing when trying to navigate how to get to breakfast etc - as you always have to take the lift via the lobby and walk through to the other side. There could be better way finding signage

Amazing rooms that were huge. The staff were very helpful. Nice touches like sweets in the room and a welcome.

The family pool is 3 different pools but they are all over 1 metre deep whereas the adult pool had a walk in entry like you would usually have on a kids pool. The pools were great though just not suitable for small children. They do provide life jackets.
