Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpfull. A hand written note with some dades were waiting for us in the room. The room was very clean, big and an amazing bathroom with amazing shower and bath with TV. The rooms were daily very well cleaned, with respect for our belongings. The swimming pool was big and the spa facilities are excellent. Also after check-out the staff stayed helpfull and we could store our lugage and use the facilities.

The restaurants don't have the same standard as the hotel, they are still good though. Our main problem was with the Japanese restaurant that is very dark, the main course came while we were still eating the first course and the desert wasn't available.

What was meant to be a little treat as a part of my layover in Doha turned into a genuinely memorable experience. From the moment I stepped in (even though it was quite late due to a delayed flight), I felt very welcome. I received a warm reception at the front desk, which made the check-in process very smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, spotlessly clean, and clearly thoughtfully designed. Floor-to-ceiling windows brought in a lot of natural light, while the lighting and curtains controls were all conveniently located right next to the bed. Abundant storage space, universal power outlets, and a large table all added an extra layer of comfort. The bathroom was also impressively large and luxurious and included high-quality amenities. Special mention must go to the housekeeping team, whose clear attention to detail made the room feel pristine. I can also fully recommend the breakfast, with a broad selection, freshly prepared egg meals, and excellent coffee. Staff were also consistently professional and hospitable. The concierge team was also very helpful, ready to answer questions or assist with arranging a taxi.

The lift system is slightly inefficient, however the waiting time is still totally acceptable.

Haven after a long day, flight from Europe and being let down by the taxi driver from the airport. We arrived at around 1am and the staff were the soothing balm we needed. They went out of their way to welcome us warmly and assist us to our room as efficiently as possible. The room was spacious and comfortable. Next day the staff were also very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch downstairs at Anis restaurant. We were able to relax in the beautiful lounge area after checkout until we needed to return to the airport. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying more of the great facilities.

The room was clean, comfortable and great, everything thing is perfect, most of the city landmarks are minutes away by walking, i would certainly stay in this place for my next visit, and i recommend whoever planning to visit Doha for couple of days to stay there ..

Mmm there was that screen in the bathroom was a bit annoying, i tried to shut it down I didn’t know how, and the remote control wasn’t working, but i left a note for the housekeepers to deal with it and they did, also the prices for a night in the hotel are a bit expensive, but am kinda understanding this due to the location and how great the place is ..

This is our second time staying here and I would highly recommend. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The scent as you walk in is stunning along with the rooms. We offered the choice for connecting rooms as we were a group of 5 (with child). The room amenities were stunning with the bathroom being spacious. The area is ideal as it is situated within walking distance of the metro and soul waqif. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the free tram around the area. The cafe staff at Anis were amazing and also accommodated our groups requirements. Will definitely be our regular staying point.

Only small improvement would be the pillows. Too soft and would have liked the option of firmer ones.

Excellent location at the heart of Msheireb and just few minutes from Souk Wajif , all the staff are helpful and friendly especially Ms. Anna she was super supportive and managed to attend to my request. the room was big comparing with same category at different hotels, clean and tidy room , and comfortable bed.

You need to take two elevators to reach your room though there is one elevator takes you directly from ground level to your floor, but it takes too much time. the sunshade/curtain for all the windows close together so you don't have the flexibility to keep one side open

The hotel was amazing! I honestly don’t know what to praise more — its excellent location in the heart of Msheireb, the outstanding service, or the incredibly friendly staff, from reception to the valet team. I also tried their massage service, which had a great discount for guests, and it was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent too — delicious and full of variety. I will definitely repeat the experience!

Amazing. All staff and everything was perfect. Hotel was spotless, calm and quiet. Room was absolutely soundproof. It was beyond luxurious. I can say that it was totally different experience among all my other accommodations. Hotel’s breakfast was luxurious restaurant grade. Open buffet and couple of options which you can order from your table or both.

The staff was amazing ..the room was clean and comfortable also the breakfast so yummy I really enjoyed there the location is amazing it was in the middle of the downtown so usually you don’t need a car for some coffees and restaurants even souq waqif you could go there by train or walking
