The bedding was comfortable. It was nice to have tea and coffee available downstairs. The room was sound-proof. Nice to have a sliding door between the two sleeping areas. English Garden is the extra bonus for those who like jogging and cycling.

When we arrived, there was no bedding on the sofa - we had to go downstairs and ask for it specifically, although we booked for 3 people. The next is not the hotel's fault, just good to know when you plan your trip: Construction on the roads, construction in the next building - as of October 2024. And beware of the Bus 50 - sometimes it arrives according to the tiemtable, sometimes it doesn't

The place is brand new. About 2 months old when we visited. It's a fair option for a tiny apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. There are supermarkets and café next door and also complementary coffee at the lobby. the public transportation station is 10 meters away and one can get to the city center in about 30 minutes.

There is no real air conditioning, only a central ventilation unit. At the shower, there is only partially closed door, so the entire bathroom floor is wet when you are done.

we really liked the room. Very clean. Very well equipped kitchenette. Nice big bathroom. Great to have an underground parking in the hotel.

We booked the location assuming it is possible to park and charge the car over night. Unfortunately car charging possibility is still not existing - but advertised as already working

Despite everything, I really like the hotel’s facilities, so I decided to give it another chance even though I was still afraid that someone might enter my room again. I stayed again recently for 10 days and noticed significant improvements: I didn’t see the same staff member again, there are now more women on the team, the atmosphere is calmer, and this time I felt safe. I appreciate the improvement, but I believe it’s important to keep this report public as a reminder that guest safety and respect should always come first in any accommodation.

On the last day of my stay last year, a male staff member entered my room at midnight without any notice. I immediately went to the reception, and they told me to come back in the morning to speak with the manager. When I returned the next morning, I was treated with extreme rudeness. The manager tried to label me as a liar and insisted it wasn’t a cleaning staff member even though I had seen that same man cleaning the hallway before. I left the hotel feeling scared, unsafe, and deeply upset. It was a very negative and disappointing experience, especially due to the complete lack of empathy and accountability from the management.

. The location is about thirty minutes from the city center by tram, with plenty of transport options, including buses. Also, very close to the supermarkets and drugstore just a two-minute walk. Although its quite big and crowded facility but it was so quiet. We slept well. Having the coffee and tea 7/24 at the reception was the best part👍🏽

The people staying at the property were generally young generation. It might not be the best place for families. We did self-check in. The room we were given was dirty. But the staff help us and change our room immediately.

Was easy check in process, close to the bus station, grocery store, everything looked new and modern, could adjust the heater by ourselves in the room and in the bathroom, the little kitchenette is really convenient and has everything what you might need, loved the selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate as we stayed there during winter time! And it’s for free!

Hallways, carpets a bit dirty, rooms quite small, the staff was just ok - when informed that we are not speaking German just gave us a key card and pointed to the elevator (even if I’m pretty sure they speak proper English), at the restaurant told us that only pizza is available to order as it was evening, but again for German speakers who came after us made different kind of dishes. It’s not like being discriminative, but much more helpful for language speakers.

The breakfast was outstanding. The family double room was excellent for the 5 of us and the value was very good for the quality of the room and breakfast.

We stayed there for 4 days in late June and the room didn't have air conditioning. This is a common theme in Europe so it wasn't a huge deal. The location depends on your preference. We liked that it was a 20 minute bus to train ride into the most urban parts of Munich as the nights were quiet. You can also take a tram. If a 20-30 minute commute bother you to see some of the cathedrals and Marienplatz, then this location isn't ideal.

The apartment was compact und very well-designed and equipment, and modern, and visually appealing. The hotel offered complimentary beverages (tea, coffee and etc.), which was a nice touch, especially in cold winter time, and for an additional fee, the underground parking was excellent and very convenient, especially in winter.

The check-in process was a little bit frustrating and time-consuming. The first room we were given didn’t match our booking, the second was not clean, and we had to wait for the third room to be prepared. This process took around 1 hour, which was disappointing. But the personal was really nice and made everything what they can. The sofa left much to be desired in terms of comfort, and there was a noticeable draft in the center of the room where the sofa was located.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet and spacious - we had paid extra for the balcony which was a good investment. Lovely view of the Englischer Garten and only a short walk too. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Our adult son had booked an ordinary apartment and they upgraded him so that he was on the same floor. Much appreciated. Kitchenette was well stocked. Lidl was literally next door so easy to prepare meals as needed. Concierge staff were friendly. On our checkout day they looked after our luggage for us. Access to the laundry was straight forward. The free coffee and chocolate in the foyer was a definite bonus.

We had to move our own rubbish to the bins in the basement. We had to ask for extra bin liners to be able to do this. After five days our room still had not been cleaned and there were no brooms or mops to do it ourselves. Eventually we asked for it to be done as a special. İt felt as if the place was set up for shorter stays and they hadn't thought about the implications for people staying more than a week. There was an electric awning on the balcony but this didn't work. Twice we reported this and we were promised that a technician would attend. But it never did work.

Great location, huge parking. Staff was kind, the room space was well organized.

In the description there is a coffee maker listed and there was such in the photos. In reality, there was instant coffee only, no coffee maker. We booked one type of bed arrangement, but got another without any pre-warning. It could be due to availability, but I still expect to receive this information while checking in at least. The room itself was average in regards of cleanliness - there was hair in the bathroom, the sofa bed also had some "left overs" from previous visits.
