Very centric, close to everything, in the middle of the town. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, good food, friendly atmosphere. YASIRA is the sweetest person I’ve ever met, she is the receptionist and she will help you with a big smile and positive energy anytime you need. Please send her a hug from me if you stay in this hotel 😀

Due the wooden floors the property can be very noisy when people step around with no education or no common sense that they are not alone in the property. if you have a sensitive sleep like me, I recommend you to hear “white noise” or wear the plugs the hotel gives you complementary.

Outstanding customer service

The same day of the check in my sister in law twisted her ankle. We told the front desk person that she couldn't go up and down the steps. Even though we explained she charged them one not. I think that was so unkind about it, accidents could happen to anybody and at any time. Beside she was hurting we all showed up at the hotel. So my sister in law and her husband had to stay in another hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable. We had a balcony so view was very nice. Bernie was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning which was included with the room. We did also ate at the restaurant and our meals were all delicious.

Super friendly staff that was full of helpful local advice. Great location in the heart of town. Great bang for your buck.

They are currently redoing their over water deck so for the time being you can sit over the water and enjoy the outdoors but that was the only issue we had and it is temporary.

It may have been a little pricey for the area, but I think it was totally worth it. The staff was great. The room was comfortable, quiet and easily accessible. Maria went out of her way taking care of my room and serving breakfast as well as loaning me towels for the beach! Everybody at the front desk was friendly and accommodating as well! I love my visit and have every intention of staying there again next time I’m in town!

Great decor, centrally located, near all the essentials

Can get noisey from the neighbouring establishments sometimes. Ear plugs may be best for some guests!

Staff were amazingly accommodating for anything we needed. Place was very clean.

Toilet blocked on the morning of check out, but staff dealt with it quickly and professionally, also giving us another room to shower and get ready to leave.
