We only stayed a couple of nights at the end of a trip, and the place had a nice atmosphere and everyone was super friendly. The room had all we needed and the shared kitchen was nice to have, especially as I was unwell and couldn't face eating out. It's a bit out of town but only 10-15min walk away from a supermarket and shopping center, and about 20min away from a nice park. It also allowed us not to drive to much in Cancun.

Our room was on the ground floor, next to the stairs, the living room and adjacent to the kitchen, so you can hear people coming and going, and talking in the kitchen. During our stay nobody was particularly loud so it was not an issue.

Everything! Isaac and the owner (who is so low-key that they don't even introduce themselves as the owner) will attend to your every need!! Please don't take advantage of this, because they put the needs of their guests before their own... Every time. They are some of the most selfless people I've ever met in my life!! I don't feel as if I met a manager and an owner. I know that I met two amazing friends! 🙂 We literally hugged when I left town. Just really real people that truly care about your experience!!! AND... Isaac set up some AMAZING tours for me while I was there. Every suggestion Isaac made was spot on with my desired experience.

It was tough traveling back and forth to the strip. But, that was mostly my fault as I didn't check to see where the hotel was in comparison to the hotels on the strip. If I could do something different next time I would not get a rental car, as Humant is more than willing to help you find an alternative means of transportation to the strip. 🙂

Extremely nice and comfortable villa to stay in a quite area of Cancun. The staff made us feel very welcome. We were in contact with Isaac, on of the hosts. He was very helpfull in all sorts of ways. The room was very comfortabel and in the shared kitchen the coffee was ready in the morning. For breakfast and diner there are options within walking distance. We stayed here twice during our holiday and we feel part of the humant family now

Nothing really. In general, for a visit to the beach a bus or taxi is necessarry as the distance to the beach area is too far to walk

Friendly staff, nice rooms, quiet, great laundry facilities

We weren’t aware that we would have to message the host when arriving at the large gated community in order to gain access to the hostel, we had no data and were locked outside in the rain for 1/2 hour before we managed to contact the host. Would recommend mentioning this in the check in information to ensure guests are aware they must have wifi to enter the property. Otherwise great.

The property is spacious, very clean and off a quiet street. Lovely courtyard to sit and relax. Also plenty of room if you want to cook and have dinner. The rooms are large with a very comfy bed and even a hammock in the room. The shared bath is quite nice. The staff are very helpful and on site if you need anything.

There’s a few stores and restaurants to walk to, but would need a taxi to get too much else if that’s the main goal while staying there.

What a perfect introduction to Mexico! So glad I chose to begin my trip in this beautiful, cosy, friendly and welcoming hotel. I feel so grateful to Isaac and the staff for being wonderful hosts. From breakfast recommendations, to helping me with my bags, to spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms and free coffee in the mornings - the whole experience was just so lovely! Ten minutes walk to malls, restaurants, and supermarkets in a safe neighbourhood. The photos don’t show off how lovely the building is too :)

The property has the feeling like being at home. There is a living and dining room where you can meet new people and chat. And also a huge kitchen where you can prepare your own meals or keep your staff in the fridge. I stayed on the penthouse with a huge terrace for my own use only. There were sunbeds and chairs to enjoy the sun & stars… Isaac & Vincent were really hospitable. They organize movie and tacos night while my 3 nights stay there. Isaac took us to the best taco place. Thanks a lot 🙏

Basically a beautiful house in a gated community. Perfect for my purposes as I couldn’t go out due to surgery. Feels like a home away from home. Great price. Accommodating host who was happy to make amendments for me so I didn’t have to move rooms. Internet is rapid so you will never have any issues. Easy to get around. Safe and quiet.

If being picky they definitely could improve the quality of the bed set; for example the pillows, sheets and covers are cheap quality for such a nice place. It’s an easy and very cheap upgrade to take rooms to next level.

We loved our host. He was really attentive and welcomed us on arrival. The building itself is in a very safe area with free parking. The room itself (Tulum) was nice as it had a cool outdoor terrace with a nice view. Bed was good and enough room for two people. Good AC, light and views. A great value if you're looking to stay a few nights or long term.

A few minor things that were rapidly dealt with by management. The host is receptive to feedback.

The property overall is just perfect. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The space is just so aesthetically pleasing to be honest. Our room was so comfortable, good desk space and sized bed. Storage for all of our belonging and good air conditioning unit. The bathroom was lovely and we only shared with one other person at the time. The wifi works so well and there are lots of spaces to do work or just hang out overall both inside and outside. The kitchen facilities are good with free drinking water and fruit as well as coffee in the morning during certain hours. They are also implementing a good recycling system. The place itself is in a safe gated community not far from supermarkets and a few small shopping centres.

For us there was nothing that we didn’t like, we were aware that the place was further from the hotel district and we just got a Uber there and back! One small thing was that there were dogs in the area that kept barking till fairly late and then early in the morning but that had nothing to do with the property just bring some earplugs!
