The location was great, close to the northern suburbs where my family lives to visit on Christmas day. Secure underground parking with lift, left the car there and got family or taxi to pick up and drop off to the accommodation.

From accommodation waited for almost one hour on Christmas morning for a taxi. The sliding screen door fell off the tracks and the air conditioner automatically turns itself off when you go outside on the balcony.

I stayed here to attend a meeting being held in the building the next morning and to then fly out mid afternoon. The building is not much to look at from the street and I was very pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well-appointed the room I had was. It was on the more expensive side (Darwin just is this time of year) but Glenys the manager asked a few questions at check-in and let me know my room was not required the next day and I could attend the meeting and stay as long as I needed before heading off to my flight. This was not only very generous and thoughtful it was extremely helpful. I could work right up to the meeting at 11am, respond to a few things after the meeting and eventually checked out after well after 1pm to head to the airport. Really made the stay a memorable one and left me feeling very positive about the experience. Well done! Parking was also very easy and secure.

Felt like staying at home. All facilities are available including outdoor pool, gym and laundry. The room was spacious, with enough lighting and a nice balcony. Staff were very polite, helpful.

The area being in the industrial area, very limited option to dine out or find anything nearby unless you are happy to drive few kms further.

Extremely comfortable and clean place to stay. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff members and manager. They were extremely kind to me in a difficult time as I was alone and away from my family. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. The facilities are also exceptional and extremely clean. It was like a home away from home

Beds were comfortable, and everything you need is within driving distance or walking distance. It was convenient and good for my stay Also, because they were short staffed due to illnesses, they advised me via note in my room, which I thought was nice - if there wasn't an explanation as to why there wasn't much housekeeping, I would have been wondering why etc. Overall, would definitely stay there again as its a good place to stay, the staff that were on were absolutely great and helped me when I was trying to locate toothpaste and all in all, a great stay.

It was a bit expensive for two days (compared to how much I paid last time to stay there) but its also peak season, so tourist season - which is understandable. Also, due to COVID illnesses, there weren't that many staff on - which is also understandable and they also informed me by placing a note in my room - which was good. Traffic is noisy but that's okay for me as I'm Deaf but for those who aren't, traffic is a but noisy but ear plugs are godsend if you need some shut eye.

Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Bloody brilliant work by the staff. Really friendly reception staff. Accomodated our needs. We had to extend our stay by 1 night due to a change in circumstances and the staff graciously helped us.

Staff members were very helpful and showed much dedication in their work. My room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen equipment was well maintained and stocked. Excellent WiFi connection and free parking in the basement.

Our group of 13 seniors stayed at this lovely apartment building for 5 nights. It is about 12km from the city centre with an easy drive of less than 15 minutes. The closeness to the Palmerston big shopping centre where you can eat, shopping and enjoy the modern mall and it’s surroundings is a plus to stay at this place. The staff especially the manager was very accommodating and friendly. She took out of the way to resolve a difficult situation for us and I know very well she doesn’t have to help me in this troublesome way but she did.

Everything about this apartment stay was pleasant, gave us a home away from home feel. The small kitchen provided almost everything we needed for cook a simple meal or breakfast. The room was serviced everyday and we felt we had maid service in this home while on the holiday, good feeling.

Right from front-desk staff through to the cleaning support, and even those working in the adjoined restaurant, it is the people managing and running the hotel that really make for the experience. The rooms and facilities are great, but the welcoming and engaging staff are a treasure.

I'm having to get REALLY picky here to think of something that I didn't like, but I had a room without a balcony, and so the opportunity to sit in dawn sun or relax from my room in the evening wasn't directly available to me. First world problems!

New facility, clean. Also felt safe and secure once inside the building.

No cafes or food shops nearby. Had to travel long distance to access these shops. The location was not suitable for tourists. The area itself is an eyesore. The room itself could be improved by a more comfortable lounge.
